The aim of the MAIN Project “Education of pupils in conjunction with the needs of employers”. Cooperation between schools and entrepreneurs in the teaching of the profession "is up to 31.10.2019 to increase the quality of education and adaptability to the needs of the changing labour market in 3 vocational training schools in the region of Podkarpackie, of the Technical and Artistic Schools of Lesko (ZSTiA) and at their minimum 340 pupils and learners/U (187 women/K, 153 males/M) and 21 teachers/N (12K/9M) through the implementation of 6 tasks to be implemented during the period 1.01.2018-31.10.2019 and taking into account the cooperation with the socio-economic environment of the schools (in line with the diagnosis of needs): 1.TRAINING programme for 21 teachers ZAWODU 2.Study and vocational training for 315U 3.EQUIPMENT, including modern IT equipment integrated with e-learning system and virtual simulation companies 4.APPENDIX SPECIALISTICS to collaborate with employers for 260-5.STLAYS/PRACTICES for 315U-6.TRAINING 166.TRAINING programme for 3U TRAINING are the schools which are the ones who are the most vulnerable to educational attainment (4/5pkt). As a result of the support received: * 21N/100 % from GD will be given the competence to use e-learning in the teaching of professional subjects, methodologies for teaching and handling specialised machinery/tools in connection with professional education * In 3 vocational training schools will be created to enable activities to be carried out under conditions corresponding to the working environment * In addition, 315 U will acquire skills and/or competence and/or professional qualifications by participating in educational and vocational counselling, additional specialised activities with employers and the vocational training programme. 315U will participate in traineeships and traineeships at the employer. CELEM GŁÓWNYM Projektu "Kształcenie uczniów w powiązaniu z potrzebami pracodawców. Współpraca szkoły z przedsiębiorcami w procesie nauczania zawodu" jest do 31.10.2019r. wzrost jakości kształcenia i adaptacyjności do potrzeb zmieniającego się rynku pracy w 3 szkołach prowadzących kształcenie zawodowe z terenu woj. podkarpackiego w powiecie leskim, należących do Zespołu Szkół Technicznych i Artystycznych w Lesku (ZSTiA) i u ich min. 340 uczniów i uczennic/U (187 Kobiet/K, 153 Mężczyzn/M) i 21 Nauczycieli/N (12K/9M) poprzez realizację 6 zadań realizowanych w okresie 1.01.2018-31.10.2019 i uwzględniających współpracę z otoczeniem społeczno-gospodarczym szkół (zgodnie z przeprowadzoną Diagnozą potrzeb): 1.PROGRAMU SZKOLEŃ DLA 21 NAUCZYCIELI ZAWODU 2.DORADZTWA EDUKACYJNO-ZAWODOWEGO dla 315U 3.WYPOSAŻENIA PRACOWNI I 3 SZKÓŁ, tym w nowoczesny sprzęt informatyczny zintegrowany z systemem e-learningu i wirtualnymi firmami symulacyjnymi 4.DODATKOWYCH ZAJĘĆ SPECJALISTYCZNYCH we współpracy z pracodawcami dla 260U 5.STAŻY/PRAKTYK ZAWODOWYCH dla 315U 6.PROGRAMU SZKOLEŃ ZAWODOWYCH dla 166U Są to szkoły, które osiągają najsłabsze wyniki edukacyjne (KRYT nr 4/ 5pkt). W wyniku otrzymanego wsparcia: *21N/100% z GD uzyska kompetencje z zakresu wykorzystania e-learningu w nauczaniu przedmiotów zawodowych, metodyki nauczania i obsługi specjalistycznych maszyn/narzędzi w powiązaniu z nauczanym zawodem *W 3 szkołach prowadzących kształcenie zawodowe zostaną stworzone warunki umożliwiające realizację zajęć w warunkach odpowiadających środowisku pracy *Ponadto min. 315U nabędzie umiejętności i/lub kompetencje i/lub kwalifikacje zawodowe uczestnicząc w doradztwie edukacyjno-zawodowym, dodatkowych zajęciach specjalistycznych realizowanych we współpracy z pracodawcami oraz programie szkoleń zawodowych. 315U będzie uczestniczyć w stażach i praktykach u pracodawcy Kwota dofin: 1 842 264,96 zł, wkład wł: 204 696,11 zł (Polish)
