The main aim of the project is to raise the level of social and professional activity of 18 people with significant or moderate disabilities (with autism, mental impairment or mental illness) living in oak counties in the district of oak in the period from 01.12.2017 to 31.05.3019. the target group of the project will be 18 persons with disabilities (8 women and 10 men) being either substantial or moderate (with autism, mental impairment or mental illness) aged between 18 and 64, who are resident in the district of oak, who are not in employment, willing to do so and actively looking for employment. Within the framework of the project, there is a plan to increase employment of 18 people with disabilities in the Town Hall in Wola Žilina, and to expand their activities by setting up a ‘Radicity’ in Dębica. Consistency and complementarity of the tasks/activities planned and checked by the Applicant, i.e.: mentoring/mentoring/mentoring: the bar, job coaches, the psychologist/career adviser are actions which are an offer for a affective activation of disabled people with disabilities and consequently gain experience and entry/remain in the labour market. The main deliverables of the project are: Number of facilities adapted to the needs of persons with disabilities: 1? number of people at risk of poverty or social exclusion: Supported in the Programme: 18 jobseekers after leaving 12 working after leaving (including self-employment): 5? number of projects covering the cost of reasonable accommodation for persons with disabilities: 1 % of project participants who took employment (employment efficiency) at the end of their project: 22? number of people who were found to be active in social and professional activity: 18? number of people with disabilities supported by the Programme (English) | |||

STOWARZYSZENIE RODZICÓW I PRZYJACIÓŁ OSÓB NIEPEŁNOSPRAWNYCH "RADOŚĆ"

Celem głównym projektu jest podniesienie poziomu aktywności społecznej i zawodowej 18 osób z niepełnosprawnością w stopniu znacznym lub umiarkowanym (u których stwierdzono autyzm, upośledzenie umysłowe lub chorobę psychiczną) zamieszkujących na terenie powiatu dębickiego w okresie od 01.12.2017 r. do 31.05.3019 r. Grupą docelową projektu będzie 18 osób z niepełnosprawnością (8 kobiet i 10 mężczyzn ) w stopniu znacznym lub umiarkowanym (u których stwierdzono autyzm, upośledzenie umysłowe lub chorobę psychiczną) w wieku od 18 do 64 roku życia, zamieszkujących na terenie powiatu dębickiego, pozostających bez pracy, gotowych do jej i aktywnie poszukujących zatrudnienia. W ramach projektu planuje się zwiększenie zatrudnienia w Zakładzie Aktywności Zawodowej w Woli Żyrakowskiej o 18 osób z niepełnosprawnością oraz rozszerzenie działalności poprzez utworzenie Baru „Radość” w Dębicy. Spójność i komplementarność zaplanowanych i sprawdzonych przez Wnioskodawcę zadań/działań tj.: opiekę/doradztwo/mentoring: menadżera baru, trenerów pracy, psychologa/doradcę zawodowego to działania, które stanowią ofertę nakierowaną na ekfektywną aktywizację osób niepełnospranwych, a w konsekwencji, zdobycie doświadczenia i wejście/pozostanie na rynku pracy. Zaplanowane rezultaty główne projektu to: ? liczba obiektów dostosowanych do potrzeb osób z niepełnosprawnościami: 1 ? liczba osób zagrożonych ubóstwem lub wykluczeniem społecznym: ? objętych wsparciem w programie: 18 ? poszukujących pracy po opuszczeniu programu: 12 ? pracujących po opuszczeniu programu (łącznie z pracującymi na własny rachunek): 5 ? liczba projektów, w których sfinansowano koszty racjonalnych usprawnień dla osób z niepełnosprawnościami: 1 ? odsetek uczestników projektu, którzy po zakończeniu udziału w projekcie podjęli zatrudnienie (efektywność zatrudnieniowa): 22 ? liczba osób, u których stwierdzono wzrost aktywności społecznej i zawodowej: 18 ? liczba osób z niepełnosprawnościami objętych wsparciem w program (Polish)
