The project involves the establishment and equipment of ACKP. The project will be supported by two courses of study by the Prof. St Tarn.: Management economics (practical profile) and Nursing (practical profile) by setting up professional skills in these areas for the purpose of teaching work. Thanks to the implementation of the project, the teaching offer will be adapted to the requirements of employers and the modern labour market. It is intended that education within the framework of courses should put more emphasis on the practical dimension of student teaching and the stronger linking of education to universities and the economy, as well as by increasing the participation of practitioners in the teaching process. the project will help to improve the quality of education through the Professor St. Tarnow. in Tar., to create conditions for vocational training (prakt.), taking into account the European standards of teaching through the development of educational infrastructure. The project will cover 2 courses of studies run by the “Prof. St.Tarn” Tarn.: Ekon.managerial (practical profile) and Nursing (practical profile) by setting up vocational skills for these areas for practical teaching under the name of ACPC. The University will take up support in the course of studies, taking into account the needs of employers for specific professions. When analysing the ranking of deficit and surplus occupations, it should be pointed out that Nursing graduates will be qualified to work in the profession of nurse, which is a scarce profession, not only in Podkarpackie, but throughout the whole country, because of the decreasing number of nurses working in professional disciplines for practical training purposes under the name A.C.K. Przedmiotem projektu jest Utworzenie i wyposażenie ACKP. Wsparciem w ramach projektu zostaną objęte dwa kierunki studiów prowadzonych przez PWSZ im. prof. St. Tarn. w Tarn.: Ekonomia menedżerska (profil praktyczny) oraz Pielęgniarstwo (profil praktyczny) poprzez utworzenie na tych kierunkach pracowni umiejętności zawodowych dla celów realizacji nauczania prakt. Dzięki realizacji projektu oferta dydaktyczna Uczelni dostosowana będzie do wymogów pracodawców i współczesnego rynku pracy. Planuje się by, kształcenie w ramach w/w kierunków kładło jeszcze większy nacisk na praktyczny wymiar nauczania studentów oraz mocniejsze powiązanie kształcenia na uczelni z sektorem gospodarki, a także poprzez zwiększenie udziału praktyków w procesie dydaktycznym Celem projektu, do osiągnięcia którego przyczyni się jego realizacja jest poprawa jakości edukacji PWSZ im. prof. St. Tarnow. w Tar., stworzenie warunków do kształcenia zawodowego (prakt.) uwzględniających europejskie standardy nauczania poprzez rozwój infrastruktury edukacyjnej. Przedmiotem projektu zostaną objęte 2 kierunki studiów prowadzonych przez PWSZ im. prof. St.Tarn. w Tarn.: Ekon.menedżerska (profil praktyczny) oraz Pielęgniarstwo (profil praktyczny) poprzez utworzenie na tych kierunkach pracowni umiejętności zawodowych dla celów realizacji nauczania praktycznego pod nazwą ACKP. Uczelnia obejmie wsparciem w/w kierunki studiów, uwzględniając zapotrzebowanie pracodawców na określone zawody. Analizując ranking zawodów deficytowych i nadwyżkowych należy wskazać, że absolwenci kierunku Pielęgniarstwo uzyskają kwalifikacje do pracy w zawodzie pielęgniarka, który jest zawodem deficytowym, nie tylko na Podkarpaciu ale na terenie całego kraju, ze względu na zmniejszającą się liczbę pielęgniarek aktywnych zawodowo kierunkach pracowni umiejętności zawodowych dla celów realizacji nauczania praktycznego pod nazwą A.C.K.
