The project applicant is a DoL and will remain the owner of the investment once it is completed. The beneficiaries of the project’s activities will be those with disabilities benefiting from an Environmental Aid House. The entity responsible for the project management of the project will be the Environmental House of Self-Assistance in the Province, with a subsidiary in Rakhine State. The purpose of the investment is to improve the safety and functionality of the building’s Environmental Building, in Raqqa, from the technical site, and to improve the aesthetics that will increase the comfort of the object. — improving the physical and mental well-being of users of services, reducing or reducing social exclusion by facilitating access to services for all social groups, improving the quality and accessibility of social benefits. Zakres projektu obejmuje: - modernizację dachu, izolację fundamentów, remont elewacji, remont pomieszczeń wewnątrz budynku, - modernizację chodników, - wykonanie nasadzeń zieleni, - montaż obiektów małej architektury oraz ogrodzenia terenu, - zakup wyposażenia sali rehabilitacyjnej i pracowni muzycznej. Wnioskodawcą projektu jest Powiat Łańcut i to on pozostanie właścicielem inwestycji po jej zakończeniu. Odbiorcą działań planowanych w projekcie będą osoby niepełnosprawne korzystających z pomocy w Środowiskowym Domu Samopomocy. Podmiotem odpowiedzialnym za zarządzanie produktami projektu będzie Środowiskowy Dom Samopomocy w Łańcucie z filią w Rakszawie. Celem prowadzonej inwestycji jest poprawa bezpieczeństwa i funkcjonalności budynku Środowiskowego Domu Samopomocy w Łańcucie z Filią w Rakszawie od strony technicznej oraz poprawienie estetyki, która zwiększy komfort korzystających z obiektu Realizacja celu głównego przyczyni się do: - poprawy fizycznego i psychicznego komfortu osób korzystających ze świadczonych usług, - niwelowania bądź zmniejszenia poziomu marginalizacji społecznej poprzez ułatwienie dostępu do usług wszystkim grupom społecznym, - zwiększenia jakości i dostępności udzielanych świadczeń społecznych.
