Cel projektu: Zwiększenie dostępu do wsparcia w zakresie usług społecznych dla osób lub rodzin zagrożonych ubóstwem lub wykluczniem społecznym, zamieszkujących na terenie Gminy Trzebownisko (w myśl przepisów KC) w woj. podkarpackim w okresie do 30.06.2019r. Grupa docelowa: 200 osób (w tym 110 kobiet, 65 osób dorosłych, 135 dzieci) zagrożonych ubóstwem lub wykluczeniem społecznym w woj.podkarpackim (gm. Trzebownisko). Zadania: -indywidualne zajęcia z treningu pedagogicznego dla 65 osób dorosłych z obszaru gminy -dodatkowe zajęcia rozwijające kompetencje kluczowe dla 135 dzieci uczęszczających do 9 świetlic wsparcia dziennego na obszarze gminy Rezultaty -rozwój kompetencji w zakresie kierowania wychowaniem i kontrolowania wychowania i edukacji dzieci, uwzględniając ich indywidualne potrzeby i możliwości przez min. 52 osób dorosłych -rozwój kompetencji kluczowych dla rynku pracy przez min. 108 dzieci, uczęszczających do placówek wsparcia dziennego (w rozumieniu ustawy o wspieraniu rodziny i systemu pieczy zastępczej).
