The project is the thermo-modernisation of the 1 site — the building at the John II Primary School in Kopytowa in the area of 1 729.32 m², which includes construction and installation works, i.e. — thermal modernisation of vertical construction divisions; Renovation of horizontal building blocks; — replacement of open-door joinery — installation of new external doors, installation of new windows, including replacement of umbrella lines, including replacement of umbrellas and internal light, -replacement of light sources on the front office, -replacement of doors in boiler rooms for fire doors, heat insulation of the stack, and replacement of luminaires together with fittings in external lighting, -replacement of the light source and replacement of luminaires together with fittings in external lighting, — refurbishment of a heating plant, i.e. replacement of the heat source — for 3 new condensing gas boilers, and the improvement of the energy efficiency of the building in Copts by means of the execution of the above-mentioned dibó.All tasks planned to be carried out in the framework of the project, are designed to support energy efficiency and smart energy management in the public infrastructure in the municipality of Chorkówka. This will result in a reduction in energy demand in the building and thus a reduction in the cost of energy supply and a reduction in CO2.The material scope will contribute to the direct objective of improving the energy efficiency of the SP Building with respect to the optimal use of heat, reducing low greenhouse gas emissions. general objectives: -improving the conditions for use of the facility and removing the thermal discomfort felt by users; -reducing the cost of building the building; -Reducing CO2.These objectives will be achieved through high-quality implementation. Przedmiotem projektu jest termomodernizacja 1 obiektu - budynku Szkoły Podstawowej im. Jana Pawła II (SP) w Kopytowej o powierzchni 1729,32m2, obejmująca prace budowlane i instalacyjne tj.:- termomodernizacja przegród budowlanych pionowych; -termomodernizacja przegród budowlanych poziomych; -wymiana stolarki otworowej – montaż nowych drzwi zewnętrznych, montaż nowych okien, w tym wymiana parapetów zewn. oraz wewn. tj. wykonanie nakładki na istniejące parapety wewn., -wykonanie daszków nad drzwiami wejściowymi,-wymiana drzwi w kotłowni na drzwi przeciwpożarowe,-ocieplanie kominów oraz wykonanie niezbędnych obróbek blacharskich,-wymiana źródła światła na energooszczędne oraz wymiana opraw oświetleniowych wraz z osprzętem w oświetleniu zewnętrznym,-remont instalacji c.o. w kotłowni tj. wymiana źródła ciepła - na 3 nowe kondensacyjne kotły gazowe,-inne roboty towarzyszące.Bezpośrednim celem realizacji projektu jest poprawa efektywności energetycznej budynku SP w Kopytowej poprzez realizację ww. robót.Wszystkie zadania planowane do realizacji w ramach projektu, są ukierunkowane na wsparcie efektywności energetycznej i inteligentnego zarządzania energią w infrastrukturze publicznej na terenie Gminy Chorkówka. Dzięki temu nastąpi zmniejszenie zapotrzebowania na energię w przedmiotowym budynku, a co za tym idzie zmniejszenie kosztów zaopatrzenia w energię oraz zmniejszenie emisji CO2.Powyższy zakres rzeczowy przyczyni się do osiągnięcia celu bezpośredniego, którym jest poprawa efektywności energetycznej budynku SP w zakresie optymalnego wykorzystania energii cieplnej, ograniczenia niskiej emisji gazów cieplarnianych.Cele ogólne:-poprawa warunków użytkowania obiektu i likwidacja dyskomfortu cieplnego odczuwanego przez użytkowników;-redukcja kosztów zaopatrzenia budynku w energię;-zmniejszenie emisji CO2.Powyższe cele zostaną osiągnięte dzięki wysokiej jakości wykonania.
