The direct objective of the project is to improve the energy efficiency of the buildings of the Gastronomy School of the Gastronomy School in Iwonicu-Zdroju.General objectives: — to improve the conditions for the use of the building of the Gastronomy School in Iwonicu-Zdrój, and the elimination of the thermal discomfort suffered by users; — reduction of the cost of the building’s supply; — reduction of CO2 emissions. the project is thermal modernisation (works and installation works) of a public and educational facility: The work comprises:• demolition, dismantling and preparatory work;• insulation of the roof over the terrace;• insulation of the roof of the terrace;• insulation of the outside wall with gauze;• insulation of the wall;• insulation of the gap wall;• installation of an installation of RES — solar panel;• installation of RES installations — photovoltaic panel. implementation of the project will contribute to: 1. reducing the demand for final energy by 30.30 %.2. Celem bezpośrednim projektu jest poprawa efektywności energetycznej budynku Zespołu Szkół Gastronomiczno-Hotelarskich w Iwoniczu-Zdroju.Cele ogólne:- poprawa warunków użytkowania budynku Zespołu Szkół Gastronomiczno-Hotelarskich w Iwoniczu-Zdroju i likwidacja dyskomfortu cieplnego odczuwanego przez użytkowników;- redukcja kosztów zaopatrzenia budynku w energię;- zmniejszenie emisji CO2.Przedmiotem projektu jest termomodernizacja (roboty budowlane i instalacyjne) obiektu użyteczności publicznej i oświatowej: Zespołu Szkół Gastronomiczno-Hotelarskich w Iwoniczu-Zdroju.Zakres prac obejmuje:• roboty rozbiórkowe, demontażowe i przygotowawcze,• docieplenie stropu nad tarasem,• docieplenie podłogi na gruncie, • docieplenie płyty tarasu, • docieplenie ściany zewnętrznej z gazobetonu,• docieplenie ściany zewnętrznej z cegły,• docieplenie dachu – skosy, • docieplenie ściany lukarn,• docieplenie ściany na gruncie,• wymiana stolarki okiennej, • docieplenie luksferów – wymian na okno,• wymiana stolarki drzwiowej wejściowej,• roboty wykończeniowe zewnętrzne, • modernizacja Instalacja CWU,• modernizacja Instalacja CO,• montaż instalacji OZE – panel solarny,• montaż instalacji OZE – panel fotowoltaiczny.Realizacja projektu przyczyni się do:1. zmniejszenia zapotrzebowania na energie końcową o 30,30%.2.
