The main objective of the project is to improve the environment at local level by means of a deep energy modernisation of the John Paul II Podkarpackie Hospital in Krosno. The main aim is to: the reduction in demand for heat as a result of the work on the replacement of window and door frames and the installation of solar collectors, as well as the modernisation of the electricity generation as a result of the replacement of lighting on the lev and the installation of solar panels (increasing the share of electricity produced from RES installations). the project scope includes the deep thermal modernisation of the building of the John Paul II Podkarpackie Regional Hospital in Krosno consisting of: — the replacement of window and door frames (1 259 pairs of windows with a total area of 4 424.1 m² and 24 pairs of doors with a total surface area of 66.2 m²); An exchange of internal lighting on energy efficient lighting (5 587 luminaires and 742 lamps); installation of RES installations, including 2 solar installations on the ground and 6 installation of solar collectors on the roof of individual segments of the building. replacement of window and door frames, modernisation of lighting and installation of RES installations concern a hospital building with a useful floor area of 32 401 m², composed of the following segments — A, B,C, D,E, F,G, H and Kuchnia and washing machine. In addition to the works and supplies, the project includes: drawing up a feasibility study and an ex-ante energy audit, acting as an investor supervisor and carrying out thermal insulation studies at thermal insulation layers together with an as-built audit. The project will lead to a 28.83 % increase in the energy efficiency of the building, with an annual reduction in CO2 equivalent of 1 990.86 t CO2/rok. In view of the scope of the work, the project has no legal and administrative barriers and is ready to be implemented. (English)

Oprócz prac budowlanych i dostaw w ramach projektu ujęto: opracowanie studium wykonalności i audytu energetycznego ex ante, pełnienie funkcji inspektora nadzoru inwestorskiego oraz wykonanie termowizyjnych badań ciągłości warstw izolacji termicznej wraz z audytem powykonawczym. (Polish)
