Celem głównym projektu jest poprawa efektywności energetycznej budynku poprzez głęboką termomodernizację. Na cel główny projektu składają się cele cząstkowe:- zwiększenie udziału odnawialnych źródeł energii w bilansie elektrycznym budynku - inst. 80 paneli fotowolt. - 27%- zmniejszenie zapotrzebowania na energię pierwotną EP - 317,5 kWh/rok- zmniejszenie zużycia finalnej energii cieplnej - 170,6 MWh- zmniejszenie kosztów eksploatacji obiektu - 39 916,64 zł- poprawa stanu środowiska naturalnego poprzez redukcję emisji CO2 - 40,94 t/rokProjekt dot. głębokiej termomodernizacji energetycznej budynku użyteczności publicznej, w tym:- docieplenie ścian fundament. przy gruncie - 250,3 m2 - rekonstrukcja opaski odbojowej - docieplenie posadzki w piwnicy 219,4 m2 i na partnerze na gruncie -162,1 m2- docieplenie stropodachu - 490,7 m2- wzmocnienie konstrukcji dachu pod panele fotowoltaiczne - instalacja 2 powietrznych pomp ciepła z zasobnikiem dla c.w.u.- wymiana kotła gazowego na dwa kotły gazowe kondensacyjne o mocy 65 kW i 35 kW- wymiana 79 zaworów termostatycznych- izolacja 622 m przewodów c.o.- klimatyzacja i wentylacja mechaniczna nawiewno – wywiewna.- wymianę instalacji elektrycznej w tym zmiana oświetlenia na LED, - instalację paneli fotowoltaicznych o mocy 20 kW [80 szt.]- instalację układu kompensacji mocy biernej- wymiana stolarki zewnętrznej - wymiana drzwi zewnętrznych na wykonane z PCV o współczynniku przewodności ?=1,15W/mK- zasilanie instalacji wentylacji, klimatyzacji i kotłowni- Zostanie sporządzony audyt powykonawczy - analiza efektów,porównanie parametrów zużycia energii budynku przed realizacją projektu i po modernizacji na podstawie termowizyjnych badań ciągłości warstw izolacji oraz powietrznego badania szczelnościZakres rzeczowy obejmuje wydatki niekwalifikowane: instalację wod. – kan., gazową, elektryczną (gniazda i tablice, instalacje ), montaż grzejników i rur inst., ściany wewn. piwnic i kotłowni wraz z wymianą 4 okien, trawniki i nasadzenia.
