Projekt dotyczy wprowadzenia na rynek europejski i światowy nowego produktu ultralekkich statków powietrznych o strukturze skorupowej wytwarzanych z nowoczesnych i innowacyjnych materiałów kompozytowych na bazie włókien szklanych , węglowych i kewlanowych. Podstawowy kompozyt przewidywany jako materiał konstrukcyjny skorupy skrzydeł, zewnętrznej skorupy kadłuba i skorupy usterzenia poziomego to innowacyjna i zaawansowana struktura materiałowa, stworzona dzięki zastosowaniu unikatowej technologii opartej na zastosowaniu trójwymiarowej tkaniny szklanej 3D oraz kompozycji odpowiednio dobranych kompozytów. W ramach projektu przewidziana jest budowa budynku produkcyjno-magazynowego wraz z częścią biurową o powierzchni 4 902,3 mkw., zagospodarowanie terenu oraz dostawę specjalistycznych maszyn i urządzeń.
