The operation we present proposes to act on the strengthening of the quality of our support for business project promoters. It aims to implement actions to support the emergence of projects and the post-creation and consolidation of activities with a view to improving survival rates and developing job creation. Support for recovery is also proposed in our operation. In order to best adapt to the capabilities and availability of creators and entrepreneurs, we offer participants to sign up for a personalised accompaniment journey combining individual coaching times and collective accompaniment times. The Individual Support aims to support and monitor the project leader in an individualised and appropriate manner, regardless of the level of progress of his/her business project. Recurrent exchanges with the promoter, based on the professional expertise of the Chargé d’affaires, an incumbent entrepreneur (Parfather) and appointments with experts, will support the project in a sustainable and shared way. The Collective Accompanyment complements our support system for entrepreneurs and entrepreneurs in operation (up to 3 years). It allows them to build a personalised course adapted to their needs by registering for the collective and thematic workshops proposed by the INITIATIVE VENTOUX platform. 4 Collective Support formats are offered to support active or emerging entrepreneurs in order to adapt to the economic, administrative and personal realities of entrepreneurs engaged on the device. L’opération que nous présentons propose d’agir sur le renforcement de la qualité de notre accompagnement des porteurs de projet d’entreprises. Elle vise à mettre en œuvre des actions d’appui à l’émergence des projets comme à la post-création et à la consolidation des activités en vue d’améliorer le taux de survie et de développer la création d’emploi. L’appui à la reprise est également proposé dans notre opération. Afin de s’adapter au mieux aux capacités et aux disponibilités des créateurs et des entrepreneurs, nous proposons aux participants de s’inscrire dans un parcours d’accompagnement personnalisé associant des temps accompagnement individuel et des temps d’accompagnement collectif. L’Accompagnement individuel vise à appuyer et suivre le porteur de projet de manière individualisée et adaptée, quel que soit le niveau d’avancement de son projet d’entreprise. Des échanges récurrents avec le porteur, basés sur l’expertise professionnelle du Chargé d’affaire, d’un entrepreneur en exercice (Parrain) et de rendez-vous avec des experts, permettront d’appuyer le projet de manière durable et partagée. L’Accompagnement collectif complète notre dispositif d’appui pour les créateurs d’entreprise et les entrepreneurs en activité (jusqu'à 3 ans). Il leur permet de construire un parcours personnalisé et adapté à leurs besoins en s’inscrivant aux ateliers collectifs et thématiques proposés par la plateforme INITIATIVE VENTOUX. 4 formats d’Accompagnement collectifs sont proposés pour appuyer les entrepreneurs en activité ou en devenir, et ce, dans un souci d’adaptation aux réalités économiques, administratives et personnelles des entrepreneurs engagés sur le dispositif.
