The overall objective is to propose steps as part of an integration pathway for PLIE participants. Accompanying audiences in the territory are increasingly experiencing peripheral problems (housing, health, finance, etc.). Consequently, their employment situation requires that they be able to rely on structuring and preparatory stages for access to the traditional labour market and/or training. For this purpose, several types of action can be envisaged: * collective, individual or individual training actions Training actions strengthen participants’ access to training and aim to acquire skills. Individual aids may support such training and/or employment. * job placement The employment situation under contracts can be a stage of integration into employment for the PLIE public. In so far as they reconcile employment and support, these career jobs mobilised with local authorities, associations in particular the IAE, are tools for the development of the professional projects of PLIE participants. The project formalises the existing partnership with employers from communities (mairies, community of municipalities) and public institutions and employers from the EIA structures and the solidarity economy. L'objectif global est de proposer des étapes dans le cadre d'un parcours d'insertion pour des participants du PLIE. Les publics accompagnés sur le territoire présentent de plus en plus de problèmes périphériques (logement, santé, financiers...). Par conséquent, leur situation au regard de l'emploi nécessite de pouvoir s’appuyer sur des étapes de parcours structurantes et préparatoires à l’accès au marché du travail classique et/ou à la formation. Pour cela, plusieurs types d’actions peuvent être envisagés : * des actions de formation collective, individuelle ou d'aides individuelles Les actions de formations renforcent l’accès des participants à la formation et visent l'acquisition de compétences. Les aides individuelles peuvent venir en soutien de ces formations et/ou de l’emploi. * la mise en situation professionnelle La mise en situation de travail dans le cadre de contrats peut constituer une étape d’insertion dans l’emploi pour les publics du PLIE. Dans la mesure où ils concilient emploi et accompagnement, ces emplois de parcours mobilisés auprès de collectivités, d’associations notamment de l’IAE, constituent des outils permettant l’évolution des projets professionnels des participants PLIE. Le projet formalise le partenariat existant avec les employeurs issus des collectivités (mairies, communauté de communes) et établissements publics et les employeurs issus des structures de l’IAE et de l’économie solidaire.
