The Horizon action aims at the employment objective for people, by removing the barriers mentioned above. The aim is to provide more support to jobseekers in rural areas, to raise awareness of their difficulties in order to remove obstacles to their integration into the labour market. The content of this accompaniment consists of three phases: * A phase of diagnosis and co-construction of the professional project, * a phase of defining the action plan, * a phase of consolidation of the person in relation to the organisation of his/her daily life. To support this individual work, people are required to participate in the job search club where the advisor organises workshops according to the needs identified during the year. The municipalities selected under the ESF call for projects on which we operate are located in rural areas, in which the difficulties are not the same as in urban areas. We continue our interventions with the public living in this territory, but as part of the action, we also intervene in the municipality of St Christol lez Alès since 1 January 2016 which is in peri-urban areas. The main places of intervention therefore remain Anduze and St Jean du Gard because the association has premises there in order to be as close as possible to the needs of the people. The permanences in the municipality of Saint Christol have been effective since 2018. They take place on the 1st Tuesday of the month within the Town Hall of Saint Christol the Alès. This allows us to get closer to the public in insertion and to the partners (Centre Médico-social de Saint Christol Lez Alès and the services of the City Hall). There is a better visibility of our activities with our partners. For 2020, we want to develop new workshops on the following topics: employment, housing, mobility and health.     Si l'opération se décompose en actions distinctes, citez leur intitulé et expliquez l'articulation entre ces actions pour la mise en œuvre de votre projet (le contenu des actions fera l'objet d'une fiche par action) Il parait nécessaire d’accompagner et de soutenir la population dans sa démarche d’insertion sociale et professionnelle. L’action « Horizon » vise l’objectif emploi pour les personnes en passant par la levée des freins mentionnées précédemment. Il s'agit d'accueillir dans le cadre d'un accompagnement renforcé en milieu rural des demandeurs d'emploi, de les amener à prendre conscience de leurs difficultés afin de lever les freins à leur insertion professionnelle. Le contenu de cet accompagnement comporte 3 phases : * Une phase de diagnostic et co-construction du projet professionnel, * Une phase de définition du plan d'action, * Une phase de consolidation de la personne en rapport à l'organisation de son quotidien. Pour soutenir ce travail individuel, les personnes sont amenées à participer au club de recherche d’emploi au sein duquel le conseiller met en place des ateliers en fonction des besoins repérés durant l’année. Les communes retenues dans le cadre de l’appel à projet FSE sur lesquelles nous intervenons se situent en milieu rural, au sein desquelles les difficultés ne sont pas les mêmes qu'en milieu urbain. Nous continuons nos interventions auprès du public habitant sur ce territoire, mais dans le cadre de l’action, nous intervenons également sur la commune de St Christol lez Alès depuis le 1er janvier 2016 qui est en milieu péri-urbain. Les principaux lieux d'intervention restent donc Anduze et St Jean du Gard car l'association y possède des locaux afin d'être au plus près des besoins des personnes. Les permanences sur la commune de Saint Christol sont effectives depuis 2018. Elles ont lieu les 1ers mardis du mois au sein de la Mairie de Saint Christol les Alès. Celle-ci permet de nous rapprocher du public en insertion et des partenaires (Centre Médico-social de Saint Christol Lez Alès ainsi que les services de la Mairie). Il y a une meilleure visibilité de nos activités auprès de nos partenaires. Pour cette année 2020, nous souhaitons développer de nouveaux ateliers sur les thématiques suivantes : emploi, logement, mobilité et santé.
