During the research of the sector for development we were asked by Véolia and the SBA for our competence in terms of collecting, sorting and recovering recyclable materials. We therefore want to set up a platform of eco activity and eco design. **Pôle Collecte/Tri/Valorisation** will be in Issoire The bike collection, sorting and repair workshop has already been in place for 3 years. This space will be expanded to meet the other collection needs of our privileged partners on the development of this action. It requires the hiring of **4 multi-purpose employees,** as sorting agent on this activity, spread over 5 working days. This sorting area will make it possible to recover the material of the bicycles and thus feed the sports and leisure center. **The Sport and Recreation Centre** This cluster will require the hiring of **4 multi-purpose employees** to ensure the rehabilitation of bicycles, to lead repair workshops as well as bike learning workshops. **1 reception post and storekeeper** will be required. Employees will also manage and supply bicycles on the project of a territory and a city stage for the Tour de France 2020 (200 bikes in the colors of the tour). The collection/trie/valorisation centre will supply the **Eco Design Pole**. This cluster will require **4 employees** who will carry out projects in recycled materials, mainly from pallet wood. This action helps to maintain an activity around the ecological industry. This action is recognised by companies that have already validated an order book. In order to ensure daily supply, it will be necessary to offer **3 multi-purpose employee positions** as collectors/deliverers. **The Pôle Animation/Awareness** sector Issoire/Brassac **.** The cluster will be developed **in common** with the activity of “consigne”. The actions created will be shared by the sites and developed by the employees of the territories covered. This activity will require **4 multi-purpose employees** on the Issoire site. At the Issoire site, 16 multi-purpose employees will be hired. Or 11.88 FTEs. All will be supervised, trained at CACES 1,3.5, CQP multi-purpose employees Depending on their choices, employees will be positioned on the training paths: **sorting agent — deliverer — arranger/possor — animator — cycle mechanic** 2019 will have been for AVENIR a development of meetings. We have created a link with Véolia as part of the “inclusive companies”. Our partner Valtom has put us in contact with Véolia so that we can create a strong partnership in terms of the development of sorting and material supply chains to upgrade and also a gateway for employment. Together we have built a formative organisation of multi-purpose employees: (Future/Véolia) Once the employees have been trained (SST/gestures and postures), CACES 1.3.5 and the knowledge are validated in terms of attendance and punctuality, we will offer them a detachment on the site of Véolia made available in Avenir. This situation in a waste treatment company will enable them to implement their know-how acquired in the sector of sorting and compaction of polystyrene material with a view to its recovery (either in local sectors in the building or in the processing lines of Véolia). Also, the preparatory training work, on the tri/valorisation cluster, will be essential in the employees’ journey to acquire the know-how being and know-how transferable on another treatment of materials namely polystyrene on the site of Véolia. To do this, Véolia makes available a workspace dedicated to the activity and only realised by the AVENIR team. This team will consist of a manager and 4 multi-purpose employees. The working time will be up to 4 days per week. The future will intervene alone in this area. We are committed to training in Véolia’s safety methods and rules. Our employees will have the right individual safety equipment. This activity will be invoiced by AVENIR to Veolia at the working day, allowing a sale of the supply of skills of our workshop integration site.
