OBJECTIVE: Levelling the educational opportunities for the 37 students (16K) SP in Turośnia Lower and 65 (36K) of students through the increase in the quality of school education in the local area of Turośń Kościelna by building creative attitudes, raising key competences, ensuring the individualisation of support in line with development and education needs, updating and raising the competences of 14 teachers in the area of use of ICT by the end of VI.20209r. In SP, group activities in the form of: — a mathematical circle of additional activities from the English language -activities of a creative — Kor young natural habitat and a theme — speech therapy — for children with autistic children — classes will be organised in the form of: Additional activities with mathematics -wheels — additional activities -extra-curricular activities with English — Laboratory of Mathematics and Natural Resources, hereby declare that: The scale of the activities carried out before the start of the project by the schools (expenditure on their implementation) will not be reduced compared to the scale of the activities (expenditure) carried out by the schools during the 12 months preceding the submission of the project grant application (on a monthly basis); All the activities referred to in this application for part-financing of the project are determined on the basis of the diagnosis prepared by the school and approved by the authority and the application records directly reflect the conclusions of the diagnosis; The activities foreseen in the project will take into account the individual needs for development and education as well as the psycho-physical capacities of the students supported. CEL: Wyrównanie szans edukacyjnych 37 uczniów (16K) SP w Turośni Dolnej oraz 65 uczniów (36K) SP w Tołczach poprzez wzrost jakości edukacji szkolnej na terenie Gminy Turośń Kościelna przejawiającej się przez budowę postaw kreatywnych, podniesienie kompetencji kluczowych, zapewnienie indywidualizacji wsparcia zgodnie z potrzebami rozwojowymi i edukacyjnymi oraz aktualizację i podniesienie kompetencji 14 nauczycielek SP w Turośni Dolnej w zakresie wykorzystania TIK do końca VI.20209r W ramach przewidzianych działań: I. w SP w Turośni Dolnej zorganizowane zostaną grupowe zajęcia w postaci: -koło matematyczne -dodatkowe zajęcia z języka angielskiego -zajęcia kreatywne -Klub Młodego Przyrodnika i Matematyka -zajęcia logopedyczne -zajęcia dla dzieci autystycznych -zajęcia z językiem polskim II. w SP w Tołczach zorganizowane zostaną grupowe zajęcia w postaci: -dodatkowe zajęcia z matematyki -koła kreatywności -zajęcia informatyczne -dodatkowe zajęcia z j.angielskiego -Laboratorium matematyczno-przyrodnicze Niniejszym oświadczam, że: -skala działań prowadzonych przed rozpoczęciem realizacji projektu przez szkoły (nakłady środków na ich realizację) nie ulegną zmniejszeniu w stosunku do skali działań (nakładów) prowadzonych przez szkoły w okresie 12 miesięcy poprzedzających złożenie wniosku o dofinansowanie projektu (średniomiesięcznie); -wszystkie działania określone w niniejszym wniosku o dofinansowanie projektu określone są na podstawie diagnozy przygotowanej przez szkoły i zatwierdzonej przez organ prowadzący, a zapisy wniosku bezpośrednio odzwierciedlają wnioski płynące z diagnozy; -działania przewidziane w projekcie prowadzone będą z uwzględnieniem indywidualnych potrzeb rozwojowych i edukacyjnych oraz możliwości psychofizycznych uczniów objętych wsparciem.
