The garden of the heart of St Sébastien sur Loire (only 1 hectare of market gardening) is a professionalising support. It produces vegetables with “organic” characteristics, but without having an official designation. They are therefore working situations, accompanied by a technical manager on production support, and followed by a professional integration adviser (CIP) for individual support for socio-professional projects. The technical manager transmits know-how, with pedagogical phases in the field. We discuss rotation techniques, fallow, ploughing, amendments and their corrective contributions, soft weeding, sowing, planting, the use of agonist and antagonist plants, and finally the fight against pests... The work is carried out in the open air and under greenhouses. Increasingly complex learning sequences are organised to visualise the skills development of participants. All techniques are likely to be devolved to any employee. These processes are assessed in tripartite form. The CIP accompanies each employee in connection with the career referents. It is aimed at all the disadvantaged with regard to employment. A disabled worker’s reception is possible. Home — co-construction of project — training — immersion in companies — job search. All these phases are evaluated. Each stage of the course is subject to team validation (CIP, technical manager, coordinator and PLIE course referent). The public come exclusively from the territory of the Nantaise Agglomeration. (English)

(French)
