In the framework of the Regional Action Plan for Regional Aid Action 2014-2020, the Regional Labour Office in Opole is planning to implement, inter alia, the following activities and expenditure in 2017: Wages and bonuses of staff who are directly involved in the implementation of the Programme — training related to the upskilling of the staff involved in the implementation of the ROP 2014-2020. The purchase of hardware, photocopiers, minor office equipment, printing and fax machines, maintenance and repair of equipment, cost of purchasing office supplies, and the payment of operating costs related to the rent of office accommodation, administrative costs and telecommunications charges. It will also cover the costs of postal services for correspondence relating to the implementation of the Programme, the purchase of stamps and the cost of cleaning services, fuel for the company car, necessary repairs and garage for the car in question. In the context of this task, expenditure relating to preliminary, periodic and inspection studies and a surcharge for spectacles for staff involved in the implementation of the Programme is also planned. The operation of the project appraisal process, catering for meetings, delegations and staff missions to meetings related to the implementation of the Programme, as well as checks and monitoring visits to beneficiaries implementing competition and non-competitive projects. The organisation of information meetings for potential beneficiaries and training for the beneficiaries of the Programme. The purpose of this action is to provide effective support for the implementation of the 2014-2020 ROP by the Regional Labour Office in Opole as the Intermediate Body. (English) | |||

W ramach Planu Działań Pomocy Technicznej RPO WO 2014-2020 Wojewódzki Urząd Pracy w Opolu planuje w 2017r. zrealizować m.in. następujące działania i wydatki: - wynagrodzenia oraz premie pracowników, którzy są bezpośrednio zaangażowani we wdrażanie Programu - szkolenia związane z podnoszeniem kwalifikacji pracowników zaangażowanych w proces realizacji RPO WO 2014-2020. - zakup sprzętu komputerowego, kserokopiarki, drobnego sprzętu biurowego, materiałów eksploatacyjnych do drukarek i faksów, konserwacja i naprawa urządzeń, koszt zakupu materiałów biurowych, jak również pokrycie kosztów eksploatacyjnych związanych z czynszem za pomieszczenia biurowe, kosztów administracyjnych czy opłat za usługi telekomunikacyjne. Zostaną też pokryte koszty usług pocztowych dotyczących korespondencji związanej z wdrażaniem Programu, zakupu pieczątek oraz koszt usługi sprzątania, paliwa do samochodu służbowego, niezbędnych napraw oraz garażu dla przedmiotowego samochodu. W ramach niniejszego zadania planuje się również wydatki związane z badaniami wstępnymi, okresowymi i kontrolnymi oraz dopłatą do okularów dla pracowników zaangażowanych we wdrażanie Programu. - obsługa procesu oceny projektów, catering na posiedzenia, delegacje i wyjazdy pracowników na spotkania związane z wdrażaniem Programu, a także zostaną przeprowadzone kontrole i wizyty monitorujące u beneficjentów realizujących projekty konkursowe i pozakonkursowe. - organizacja spotkań informacyjnych dla potencjalnych beneficjentów oraz szkoleń dla beneficjentów Programu. Powyższe działania mają na celu zapewnienie efektywnego wsparcia w zakresie wdrażania RPO WO 2014-2020 przez Wojewódzki Urząd Pracy w Opolu jako Instytucję Pośredniczącą. (Polish)
