Przedmiotem projektu jest budowa komplement. i stabilnego rozwiązania, w którego skład wchodzi szereg narzędzi usprawniających dostęp do usług miejskich dostarczanych przez Miasto Opole oraz jego jednostki podległe. Ideą rozwiązania jest integracja istniejących usług publicznych oferowanych w formie elekt. Głównym elem. niniejszego rozwiązania jest budowa jednej, kompleksowej, otwartej platformy mobilnej, umożliwiającej dostęp do usług elekt. w następujących obszarach: Elektr. bilet komunikacji miejskiej; System rowerów miejskich; Płatna strefa parkowania; Elekt.bilet do miejsc kultury, sportu i rekreacji pozostających w admini.
