The implementation of the project involves the creation of a computer infrastructure with its accessories enabling the deployment of eHealth services at at least regional level and the promotion of the use of ICT. In view of the insufficient technical infrastructure needed to implement the EMD compatible with the EMD system for the exchange of data by means of the Electronic Platform P1 MZ, there is an urgent need to supply the necessary infrastructure and IT systems. It is planned to introduce e-services for the availability of the EMD, in a safe manner, i.e. without prejudice to the provisions of the Personal Data Protection Act. all scripts and items and videos will be adapted to the needs of the blind and using only the keyboard and the deaf. The project plans to put in place new e-services to improve the quality of patient care resulting from improving the quality and availability of information about the patient’s health status and medical data and improving patient service by enabling health services to be delivered by the electorate: — Patient Portal of: e-registration, awaiting e-recording, e-prescription — e-contractor — e-documentation — e-laboratory — Project products: Number of persons trained/advised in the field of digital competence: 34, Number of persons receiving training/advice in the field of competence cyfrowych-mężczyźni:3/kobiety-31, Number of projects covering the cost of reasonable accommodation for people with disabilities: 1, Number of public services made available online at least as mature, at least 4-transaction: 6 6 TB, Number of IT systems launched in entities performing public tasks: 1, Number of entities that made public sector information available online — 1, Number of providers of A2A-1 services, Number of services provided A2A-4 (English) | |||

Realizacja projektu zakłada stworzenie infrastruktury teleinformatycznej wraz z osprzętem umożliwiającej uruchomienie e-usług z zakresu ochrony zdrowia na poziomie co najmniej regionalnym oraz upowszechnianiu stosowania technik ICT. W związku z niewystarczającą infrastrukturą techniczną niezbędną do wdrożenia e-usług kompatybilnych z systemem EDM w celu wymiany danych za pomocą Elektronicznej Platformy -Projekt P1 MZ zachodzi pilna konieczność zaopatrzenia w niezbędną infrastrukturę i systemy informatyczne. Planuje się wprowadzenie e-usług umożliwiających udostępnianie EDM, w sposób bezpieczny, tzn. bez naruszenia przepisów Ustawy o ochronie danych osobowych.Wszystkie skrypty i aplety oraz materiały wideo będą dostosowane do potrzeb os. niewidomych i korzystających wyłącznie z klawiatury oraz niesłyszących.
