The subject of the project: “The investment in the infrastructure of the existing nursery facility centre DINO S.C.” is a better alignment of infrastructure and facilities for the development of high quality childcare services provided to 3 and the requirements of the market and the needs of children and parents. As part of the project, work will be carried out on the renovation and upgrading of the facility, both outside and inside the building. Scope of external work: Painting of the façade; Repair of the gutters drainage system; Renovation of a staircase leading to a crèche building; Insulation of the façade; Replacement of the fence at the playground. Scope of work inside the building: Renovation of the staircase to the height of the crèche; Renovation of the staircase — exchange of barrels; The renovation of the sanitary facilities; Renovation of crèche facilities; Replacement of doors; Replacement of lighting; Installation of an air-conditioning system in the residence of children; Building up the monitoring system; The purchase and installation of internal trolet; The renovation of the stairway, the installation of a barrier guard; Renovation of the staircase — renovation of walls to floors where entrance is located. The project will purchase the following equipment: A catering service; Washer-dryer; Projector; Photocopier; Plain wall; Furniture (for playing room and kitchen furniture); Sensory toys. The scope of the work will help to maintain the number of children who use services at least 90 % of the places available, thereby maintaining a stable number of jobs and adapting the service to meet the standard of welcoming people with disabilities and the current demographic challenges of the region. Przedmiotem projektu pn. "Inwestycja w infrastrukturę istniejącej placówki żłobkowej Centrum Opieki i Edukacji DINO S.C." jest lepsze dostosowanie infrastruktury oraz wyposażenia placówki dorozwoju wysokiej jakości świadczonych usług opieki nad dziećmi do lat 3 oraz wymagań rynku i potrzeb dzieci i rodziców. W ramach projektu zostaną wykonane prace remontowo-modernizacyjne placówki, zarówno na zewnątrz jak i wewnątrz budynku. Zakres prac zewnętrznych: Malowanie elewacji ; Naprawa systemu odwodnienia rynien; Remont schodów prowadzących do budynku żłobka; Docieplenie elewacji; Wymiana fragmentu ogrodzenia przy placu zabaw. Zakres prac wewnątrz budynku: Remont schodów na klatce do wysokości piętraużytkowanego przez żłobek; Remont klatki schodowej – wymiana luksferów ; Remont pomieszczeń sanitarnych ; Remont pomieszczeń żłobkowych; Wymiana stolarki drzwiowej; Wymianaoświetlenia; Montaż systemu klimatyzacji w pomieszczeniach pobytu dzieci; Rozbudowanie systemu monitoringu; Zakup i montaż rolet wewnętrznych; Remont klatki schodowej – montaż barierki ochronnej; Remont klatki schodowej – odnowienie ścian do piętra, na którym znajduje się wejście do placówki. W ramach projektu zakupiony zostanie następujący sprzęt: Zmywarka gastronomiczna; Pralko-suszarka; Projektor; Kserokopiarka; Przewijak naścienny; Meble (regał na salę zabaw oraz komplet mebli kuchennych); Zabawki sensoryczne. Zakres prac maprzyczynić się do utrzymania liczby dzieci korzystających z usług na poziomie min. 90% dostępnych miejsc, a co za tym idzie utrzymania stałej liczby miejsc pracy oraz dostosować placówkędo standardów przyjaznych osobom niepełnosprawnym oraz bieżących wyzwań demograficznych regionu.
