The “Active to MY” project aims to increase the socio-professional activity and the employability of 45 os. (UP) including 27K/18M and the environmental support of 10 children from their environment, at risk of poverty and social exclusion from the city of Hajnówka during the lifetime of the project, through the use of active inclusion instruments resulting from individual reintegration pathways. In doing so, participants will be fully supported through a reintegration pathway consistent with the individual diagnosis of the needs of each participant. The objectives of the project are to be found in the Local Activity Programme (PAL) adopted by the Resolution NrXXVIII/189/17 of the Hajnówka City Council of 26.04.2017, which, within the meaning of the Social Assistance Act, is a direct response to the identified problems in Hajnówka, poverty, inactivity, unemployment, violence. Participants will be those at risk of social exclusion, who will benefit from MOPs of which at least 10 UP will be disabled persons (ON). All UP will be covered by social contracts. Professional guidance, combined with the identification of participant’s individual needs and the participant’s potential, individual psychological counselling, as well as group training exercises, inter alia, carry out self-confidence, motivate action, increase the ability to work in the group. New or updated qualifications will be provided by individually selected vocational training, of which 60 % of the UP will confirm their qualifications by passing the examination of an external examination and obtaining a certificate, will be awarded after passing the examination of the 27 UP to a professional traineeship, which will continue through the employment of up to 3 months at a minimum. The project will, according to the diagnosis, include support to children of the UP, or the treatment of sensory or tactical integration. In addition to the positive impact on participants, it will improve the environment through environmental support in the form of an inclusive exit of 45 UP and zależnych/10 UP children. (English)

    Projekt „Aktywni to MY” ma na celu wzrost aktywności społeczno-zawodowej oraz szans na zatrudnienie 45 os.(UP)w tym 27K /18M oraz wsparcie środowiskowe 10 dzieci z ich otoczenia, zagrożonych ubóstwem i wykluczeniem społecznym z terenu Gminy Miejskiej Hajnówka w okresie trwania projektu poprzez wykorzystanie instrumentów aktywnej integracji wynikających z indywidualnych ścieżek reintegracji. W ramach działań uczestnicy zostaną objęci kompleksowym wsparciem w ramach ścieżki reintegracji, która będzie zgodna z indywidualną diagnozą potrzeb każdego z uczestników. Cele projektu wpisują się w Program Aktywności Lokalnej(PAL)przyjęty Uchwałą NrXXVIII/189/17 Rady Miasta Hajnówka z dnia 26.04.2017r., który w rozumieniu przepisów ustawy o pomocy społecznej stanowi bezpośrednią odpowiedź na zdiagnozowane problemy w Hajnówce ubóstwo, bierność ,bezrobocie, przemoc. Uczestnikami będą osoby zagrożone wykluczeniem społecznym, które korzystają z pomocy MOPS w tym co najmniej 10 UP będą stanowiły osoby z niepełnosprawnością (ON). Wszyscy UP zostaną objęci kontraktami socjalnymi. Doradztwo zawodowe połączone z identyfikacją indywidualnych potrzeb oraz potencjałów uczestnika, indywidualne poradnictwo psychologiczne, a także grupowe treningi kompetencji m.in. podniosą wiarę w siebie, zmotywują do działania, zwiększą umiejętność pracy w grupie. Zdobycie nowych lub uaktualnienie kwalifikacji zapewnią indywidualnie dobrane szkolenia zawodowe, po których min 60%UP potwierdzi swoje kwalifikacje poprzez pozytywne zdanie egzaminu zewnętrznego i otrzymanie certyfikatu, po zdaniu egzaminu 27 UP zostanie skierowana na staż zawodowy, który będzie kontynuowany poprzez zatrudnienie UP na min. 3 m-ce. Projekt zgodnie z diagnozą obejmie wsparciem dzieci UP albo terapią integracji sensorycznej albo taktylną. Oprócz pozytywnego wpływu na uczestników, wpłynie korzystnie na otoczenie poprzez wsparcie środowiskowe w formie wyjazdu integracyjnego 45 UP i osób zależnych / 10 dzieci UP. (Polish)
