A Personalised Support Centre is aimed at the beneficiaries of the RSA in social and socio-professional guidance in order to assist them in lifting social barriers (health, family and social life, housing, budget, daily life), in the acquisition of social and professional skills, knowledge and know-how, and in the definition and implementation of their professional project. How do we lift these brakes? First of all, the referent(a) contracts with the participants objectives achievable within a specified time through the ERC (Reciprocal Commitments Contract) and sets up a monthly monitoring of the progress of the steps linked to their achievement (up to 3 months after their exit), ensures enhanced personalised support in solving individual problems such as over-indebtedness, mastery of basic knowledge, housing research, health, mobility, realistic and achievable professional project and has the task of directing them to the competent partners in case of need. In parallel, modules are offered to participants, depending on the projects/needs expressed, in order to give them tools to gain greater autonomy and control of their environment, in order to be able to navigate within them more easily in the future. Un Centre d’Accompagnement Personnalisé s’adresse aux bénéficiaires du RSA en orientation sociale et socio-professionnelle afin de les accompagner à la levée des freins d’ordre social (santé, vie familiale et sociale, logement, budget, vie quotidienne), dans l’acquisition de compétences sociales et professionnelles, de savoirs, de savoir-faire, et dans la définition et la mise en oeuvre de leur projet professionnel. Comment procède-t-on pour lever ces freins? Tout d’abord, le(a) référent(e) contractualise avec les participants des objectifs réalisables dans un temps déterminé via le CER (Contrat d'Engagements Réciproques) et met en place un suivi mensuel de l'évolution des démarches liées à leur atteinte (jusqu'à 3 mois après leur sortie de l'action), assure un accompagnement personnalisé renforcé dans la résolution des problématiques individuelles telles que le surendettement, la maîtrise des savoirs fondamentaux, la recherche de logement, les démarches de santé, de mobilité, de projet professionnel réaliste et réalisable et a la mission de les orienter vers les partenaires compétents en cas de besoin. En parallèle, des modules sont proposés aux participants, selon les projets/besoins exprimés, afin de leur donner des outils pour acquérir davantage d’autonomie et de maîtrise de leur environnement et ce, dans le but de pouvoir naviguer en son sein plus facilement à l’avenir.
