The project aims to increase the employment of 70 unemployed or inactive, looking for the work of women, and the following districts: congested, raging, washed earth. The project consists of a tailor-made activation scheme to participate in an animation programme composed of elements such as: needs analysis and construction of IPD, group and individual occupational guidance, placement, vocational courses leading to a formal confirmation of acquired qualifications, traineeships. The project is targeted at women, as the studies show that they are in a more difficult situation on the labour market than men. Targeted support will be tailored to the needs of this group and, to this end, reimbursement of travel expenses, care of dependent persons will be envisaged. As a result of the project, 49 % of participants will change their status to working persons, while all participants will increase their employment opportunities, thanks to the possession of new/updated knowledge, qualifications and experience. Projekt ma na celu zwiększenie możliwości zatrudnienia 70 bezrobotnych lub biernych zawodowo, poszukujących pracy kobiet zam. powiaty: przeworski, leżański, przemyski ziemski, niżański. Realizacja projektu polega na przeprowadzeniu dopasowanego do indywidualnych potrzeb uczestniczki programu aktywizacji złożonego z takich elementów jak: analiza potrzeb i zbudowanie IPD, poradnictwo zawodowe grupowe i indywidualne, pośrednictwo pracy, kursy zawodowe kończące się formalnym potwierdzeniem nabytych kwalifikacji, staże. Projekt skierowany jest do kobiet, gdyż jak wynika z analiz są one w trudniejszej sytuacji na rynku pracy niż mężczyźni. Skierowane do nich wsparcie będzie dostosowane do potrzeb tej grupy i w tym celu przewidziano zwroty kosztów dojazdu, opiekę nad osobami zależnymi. W wyniku realizacji projektu 49% uczestniczek zmieni status na osoby pracujące, natomiast wszystkie uczestniczki zwiększą możliwości zatrudnienia, dzięki posiadaniu nowej/zaktualizowanej wiedzy, kwalifikacji oraz doświadczenia.
