The general objective is to (re) mobilise 60 young and adult jobseekers with little or no qualifications living in the priority neighbourhoods of the Lille metropolis by bringing them to: \- Take a positive reflexive look at their formal and non-formal learning experiences, \- Acquiring new skills by strengthening their ability to get involved in the choice of options and thus promote their access to employment or sustainable activity. \- Benefit from support towards employment based on the valorisation of all its skills, confidence, the desire to learn differently and the desire to succeed \- Benefit from means that leave open the field of possibilities and the construction, by the public, of routes of their choice leaving room for several projects and the right to error The project aims to build integrated pathways, structured around innovative digital actions and tools, based on: \- Identification and valorisation of individual skills, based on a socio-professional diagnosis that identifies all barriers, obstacles, training needs and requirements in terms of employability \- Support based on experiential learning in multiple contexts: internships in companies, short assignments, immersion periods, integration contract, leading to the validation of the professional project \- An acquisition of cognitive skills closely linked to job placement, optimised by the arrangement of problems on the ground to be solved and the organisation of work now more collaborative \- Access to the local and cross-border labour market (Belgium), particularly in the occupational sectors in tension \- The possibility of removing the obstacle of the mode of care by the possibility of benefiting from reserved places in the LILLOMOMES Professional Insertion Vocations Individualised journeys of up to 12 months, are articulated in 4 phases: \- A phase of public mobilisation and socio-professional diagnosis is carried out by our Insertion Mission Officer with an unsegmented vision and therefore by a global approach to the individual and his/her support \- A phase of identification, recording and valorisation of the skills identified in real action based on an individual introspection approach inspired by his own experiences. L'objectif général est de (re) mobiliser 60 jeunes et et adultes demandeurs d'emploi peu ou pas qualifiés résidant les quartiers prioritaires de la Métropole Lilloise en les amenant à : \- Porter un regard réflexif positif sur leurs expériences d'apprentissage formelles et non formelles, \- Acquérir de nouvelles compétences en renforçant leurs capacités à s'impliquer dans le choix des possibles et favoriser ainsi leur accès à l'emploi ou l'activité durable. \- Bénéficier d'un accompagnement vers l'emploi basé sur la valorisation de toutes ses compétences, la confiance, le goût d'apprendre autrement et l'envie de réussir \- Bénéficier de moyens qui laissent ouvert le champ des possibles et la construction, par le public, d'itinéraires de leur choix laissant la place à plusieurs projets et au droit à l'erreur Le projet vise la construction de parcours intégrés, structurés autour d'actions et outils numériques innovants, basés sur : \- L'identification et la valorisation de compétences individuelles, en s'appuyant sur un diagnostic socio professionnel permettant d 'identifIer tous les freins , obstacles , besoins en termes de formation et d' exigences en termes d' employabilité \- Un accompagnement basé sur l'apprentissage expérientiel dans de multiples contextes : stages en entreprises, courtes missions, périodes d' immersion , contrat d' insertion, conduisant à la validation du projet professionnel \- Une acquisition de compétences cognitives étroitement liées à la mise en situation professionnelle, optimisée par l'agencement de problématiques de terrain à résoudre et l'organisation du travail désormais plus collaborative \- Un accès au marché de l' emploi local et transfrontalier (Belgique), notamment dans les secteurs professionnels en tension \- La possibilité de lever l' obstacle du mode de garde par la possibilité de bénéficier de places réservées dans la Crèche à Vocation d' Insertion Professionnelle LILLOMOMES Les parcours individualisés d'une durée maximale de 12 mois, sont articulés en 4 phases : \- Une phase de mobilisation du public et de diagnostic socio professionnel est assurée par notre Chargée de Mission Insertion avec une vision non segmentée et donc par une approche globale de l'individu et de son accompagnement \- Une phase d'identification, de consignation et de valorisation des compétences repérées en situation d'action réelle à partir d'une démarche d'introspection individuelle s'inspirant de ses propres expériences. Cette phase construite et /ou co construite avec le public cible repose sur un bilan d' orientation permettant mettre en oeuvre des étapes et la construction d' un parcours d' insertion professionnelle \- Une phase de construction de parcours formation - emploi en alternance intégrant une palette d'étapes mobilisatrices et combinatoires, faisant l'objet d'une évaluation permanente et révisable avec la Chargée de Mission Insertion : Acquisition des Compétences Clés en situation professionnelle, Découverte des métiers, Formation certifiante et/ou qualifiante dans des secteurs d'activité porteurs d'emploi, et l'accès à l'emploi durable \- Une phase transversale: pour étayer les parcours et dépasser les freins conscients et inconscients, le projet utilise différents leviers tels que la possibilité offerte au public cible d'un mode de garde d'enfants, un accès au permis de conduire, et un accompagnement social renforcé.
