    Le Projet de Transition Professionnelle s’adresse aux salariés du secteur privé en cours de contrat CDI, CDD, aux intérimaires et aux intermittents sous certaines conditions : \- Salariés du secteur privé, en cours de CDI, justifiant d’une ancienneté à la date supposée d’entrée en formation de : * A minima 24 mois, consécutifs ou non, en qualité de salarié, * Dont 12 mois dans l’entreprise actuelle, * Quelle que soit la nature des contrats de travail successifs. \- Salariés du secteur privé, en cours de CDD, justifiant d’une ancienneté à la date supposée d’entrée en formation de : * A minima 24 mois, consécutifs ou non, en qualité de salarié, quelle que soit la nature des contrats successifs, au cours des cinq dernières années * Dont 4 mois (hors contrat CDD Particuliers*), consécutifs ou non, en contrat de travail à durée déterminée au cours des 12 derniers mois. Le dernier contrat doit être un contrat à durée déterminée. La formation peut débuter pendant le contrat avec autorisation d’absence de l’employeur. La formation doit débuter maximum dans les 6 mois suivant la fin du dernier contrat ayant ouvert vos droits. Le salarié doit être en cours de contrat CDD au moment du dépôt de sa demande de prise en charge financière. \- CDI Intérimaires, justifiant d’une ancienneté à la date supposée d’entrée en formation de : * A minima 24 mois, consécutifs ou non, en qualité de salarié, quelle que soit la nature des contrats de travail successifs. * Dont 12 mois dans l’entreprise de travail temporaire actuelle, Le salarié doit toujours être en cours de contrat au moment du dépôt de sa demande de prise en charge financière.
