Gathered in a Steering Committee, 16 partners (communities, institutions, associations) are integrated into a COPIL. Two to three Steering Committees are scheduled for 2019. This **partnerial strategic forum** remains an open space for new partners. PRDSL 47 was labeled, at the end of 2018, **“Technical Committee for Social Work and Social Development” by the High Council on Social Work.** **_2nd axis:_** The Local Social Development Resource Centre continues its contribution to **the evolution of the professional practices of Lot and Garonnais actors, in an inter-institutional and multi-professional dimension by: \- The development of **days of study**, colloquiums, on themes defined with professional circles. Three study days per year are envisaged. \- As part of the labelling of PRDSL 47 in **“Technical Committee for Social Work and Social Development”,** two working groups composed of social workers and persons concerned will be deployed to support reflection and recommendations on shared issues. **_3 rd axis:_** **Methodological accompaniment** The ** methodological support of teams** mobilised on the implementation of projects, in a **inter-institutional and multi-professional dimension**, aims to **propose a response from proximity** and territorial, to the actors in the social and medico-social field. PRDSL 47 will intervene on the **diagnosis**, **implementation** of the project or **evaluation** phase, depending on the **institutional or territorial command put in place. **_4th axis_** **: Sharing and communication** PRDSL 47 aims to promote **information sharing**, **mutualisation of innovative experiences**, **valorisation of local initiatives**, by: * Regular distribution (3 per year) of a **newsletter** addressed to all PRDSL 47 partners * Management of a **“Social Development Area”** within the shared resource centre (ADES/IFSI/Cité de la Formation), with a specialised documentary fund. The establishment of **“Matinales of PRDSL 47”**, intended for the directorates of institutions (communities, associations, companies...) wishing to discuss a strategic topic, exchange on common issues, share information.     **Le projet proposé est de sécuriser et pérenniser Pôle Ressources Développement Social Local (PRDSL 47) dans sa troisième année d'exercice, tout en renforçant son inscription durable dans l'appui aux milieux professionnels. Situé sur le département de Lot et Garonne, à Marmande, au sein des locaux de l'ADES, avec une couverture d'intervention à vocation départementale, le PRDSL 47 est un outil au service des acteurs du territoire qui est coordonné par un salarié de l'ADES, à temps plein. Ce projet structurant aura 4 axes stratégiques en 2019 :** **_1er axe :_** La gouvernance du Pôle Ressources Développement Social Local nécessite **l'animation d'un réseau de partenaires** qui s'inscrivent durablement dans la dynamique souhaitée. Rassemblé au sein d'un Comité de Pilotage, 16 partenaires (collectivités, institutions, associations) sont intégrés au d'un COPIL. Deux à trois Comités de Pilotage sont prévus en 2019 . Cette **instance stratégique partenariale** reste un espace ouvert à l'accueil de nouveaux partenaires. Le PRDSL 47 a été labelisé, fin 2018, **"Comité Technique du Travail Social et du Développement Social" par le Haut Conseil en Travail Social.** **_2éme axe :_** Le Pôle Ressources Développement Social Local poursuit sa contribution à **l'évolution des pratiques professionnelles des acteurs Lot et Garonnais** , dans une dimension inter institutionnelle et pluri professionnelle par : \- L’élaboration de **journées d’étude** , colloques, sur des thématiques définies avec les milieux professionnels. 3 journées d’étude par an sont envisagées. \- Dans le cadre de la labelisation du PRDSL 47 en **"Comité Technique du Travail Social et du Développement Social",** deux groupes de travail composés de travailleurs sociaux et de personnes concernées seront déployés afin soutenir une réflexion et des préconisations sur des problématiques partagées. **_3éme axe :_** **Accompagnement Méthodologique** L’ **accompagnement méthodologique d’équipes** mobilisées sur la mise en œuvre de projet, dans une **dimension inter institutionnelle et pluri professionnelle** , a pour objectif de **proposer une réponse de proximité** et territoriale, aux acteurs du champ social et médico-social.
