Au jour d'aujourd'hui, sur les 2 secteurs confondus, nous avons 25 personnes en insertion dont 13 bénéficiaires du RSA. Les prévisions pour l'année 2019 sont de revenir à l'objectif de 9 ETP soit 16380 heures travaillées par les BRSA, objectif non atteint en 2018. Pour rappel en 2018; les BRSA socle représentent 13475 h de travail chez ADEQUAT soit 7,41 ETP. Prise de connaissance du règlement intérieur et des conditions de travail précises sur l'activité. Présentation à l'équipe de l'activité concernée. Un test succin de Français / Maths est proposé afin d'évaluer les prérequis __ACCOMPAGNEMENT SOCIO PRO:__ **Les référents:** Le parcours du bénéficiaire au niveau social, professionnel et technique est pris en charge à A.D.E.QUAT par le CIP, la directrice et les encadrants techniques. **Qualification des référents :** Accompagnateur professionnel : 13 ans d'expérience dans le secteur social, 21 ans d'expérience dans le management, Directrice :23 ans d'expérience dans le secteur social, formatrice en technique de recherche d'emploi, 8 ans assistante en recrutement, 7 ans animatrice d'ateliers de développement personnel Les démarches liées au parcours d'insertion sont effectuées par le salarié, la secrétaire et l'équipe encadrante « Recrutement, contrats, démarches sociales et professionnelles, formations, stages, recherches d'emploi etc. » Des entretiens réguliers au niveau professionnel, social et technique sont élaborés par l'équipe encadrante et formalisés en bilans intégrés dans le livret du bénéficiaire. __ACCOMPAGNEMENT SOCIAL:__ Fiche de liaison en cas de problème vers les référents sociaux afin de mener une action partenariale.
