Les actions menées le sont sur plusieurs plans : \- accompagnement social : les salariés sont épaulés dans leurs démarches administratives et professionnelles par le biais de conseils ou informations données durant les entretiens avec les CISP, ou bien lors de rencontres avec des représentants d'institution avec lesquels ils doivent échanger pour améliorer leurs situations (pôle emploi, CAF, bailleurs sociaux...) \- accompagnement professionnel : les salariés sont accompagnés durant leurs parcours pour améliorer leurs employabilités (conseils pour la recherche d'emploi et à la rédaction de candidature (CV, lettre de motivation). Les évaluations de compétence par la mise en situation au sein d'ateliers faisant appel à des savoirs variés et des niveaux d'exigence graduels. \- aide à la levée de frein à la réinsertion socio-professionnelle : fracture numérique, par des ateliers d'initiation ou perfectionnement à l'utilisation de l'outil numérique mobilité, accompagnement aux démarches pour le passage du permis de conduire langue par la proposition de formation type FLE ou CLEA en partenariat avec des OF Attester des compétences de chaque salarié sur le poste occupé Préparer les passerelles vers l’emploi en favorisant les PMSMP, visites, actions et formations qualifiantes (French)
