Notre action a pour objectif de soutenir les salariés par l’élaboration d’un projet d’insertion socioprofessionnelle en atelier et chantier d'insertion, en cohérence avec les contraintes et réalités de l’association, ce qui génère du cadre et des procédures favorisant la transition vers l'emploi "classique". Cela passe par la mise en œuvre d’un parcours adapté, par une mise au travail, un accompagnement individualisé et de la formation. L'atelier et le chantier d'insertion proposé et développé par l'association est un dispositif ayant pour objet l’accueil, l’embauche, la mise au travail, l'accompagnement social et l'aide à la projection professionnelle pérenne. L'objectif étant d'amener, ou ramener, dans le monde du travail, par une activité professionnelle vers un emploi durable, les personnes en difficulté. * _Veiller à la mise en oeuvre et au bon déroulement du parcours d'insertion du salarié au sein de la structure (intégration initiale au sein de la structure, fourniture d'un cadre de travail, préparation de la sortie) dans le respect du droit du travail, notamment des règles d'hygiène et de sécurité._ * _Contribuer au traitement des freins à l'emploi, obstacles à une insertion professionnelle efficace, dans le cadre d'un réseau de partenariats._ * _Les actions d'accompagnement professionnel doivent inclure et favoriser les situations de rencontres et de confrontations avec le monde de l'entreprise, afin de définir un projet professionnel individuel réaliste et cohérent._ * _Développer les compétences des salariés en Insertion._ (French)

The aim of our action is to support employees through the development of a socio-professional integration project in workshops and integration projects, consistent with the constraints and realities of the association, which generates framework and procedures for the transition to “classical” employment. This requires the implementation of an adapted pathway, work placement, individualised support and training. The workshop and the integration site proposed and developed by the association is a device whose purpose is to welcome, hire, put to work, social support and help with long-term professional projection. The aim is to bring, or return, into the world of work, by means of a professional activity to sustainable employment, people in difficulty. * _Ensure the implementation and smooth running of the employee’s integration pathway within the structure (initial integration within the structure, provision of a working environment, preparation for exit) in compliance with labour law, in particular health and safety rules._ * _ Contribute to the treatment of barriers to employment, obstacles to effective professional integration, within the framework of a network of partnerships._ * _Professional support actions must include and encourage situations of encounters and confrontations with the business world, in order to define a realistic and coherent individual professional project.
