Le support du chantier d'insertion consiste en la mise en valeur et la rénovation de patrimoine communal et intercommunal, il a pour objectif de : * . Favoriser l'insertion sociale et professionnelle d'un public en difficulté, * . Créer des conditions favorables pour l'engagement d'une démarche d'insertion professionnelle, * . Mobiliser et redynamiser les parcours des participants, * . Professionnaliser, et remettre à niveau, * . Préparer l'accès à la formation, Les salariés peuvent ainsi découvrir les différents aspects des métiers du bâtiment en gros oeuvre et second oeuvre avec un aperçu sur l'entretien et l'embellissement de petits espaces verts. Le projet permet aux personnes éloignées de l'emploi d'être accompagnées aussi bien dans les difficultés sociales que d'insertion professionnelle. Le porteur du projet n'ayant pas la compétence en interne, l'encadrement et l'accompagnement social sont confiés à un prestataire externe. (French)
