The project will pursue the implementation of a comprehensive but at the same time, individualised support (in the framework of 5 substantive tasks) with a focus on lasting improvements to the social and labour force of the UP, including: Identification of the needs of the UP and the development/update of IPDs? collective occupational guidance in the form of a workshop? training for the training of a job? a job placement?     CELEM GŁÓWNYM projektu jest zwiększenie możliwości zatrudnienia [w okresie 01.02.2019-31.05.2020] osób z grupy docelowej, którą stanowi 80 (44K/36M) osób: bezrobotnych - 64 (35K/29M) i biernych zawodowo - 16 (9K/7M), powyżej 29 r.ż., zamieszkujących w rozumieniu KC na obszarze woj. podkarpackiego, w tym min. 5(3K/2M) rolników i członków ich rodzin prowadzących indywidualne gospodarstwa rolne do 2ha zamierzających odejść z rolnictwa (którzy w momencie przyznania wsparcia byli os. bezrobotnymi), należących do co najmniej jednej z następujących grup: ? min. 10 (6K/4M) osób od 50 r.ż. , ? min. 32 (18K/14M) długotrwale bezrobotnych, ? 44 kobiety, ? min. 6 (3K/3M) ON, ? min. 32 (18K/14M) osoby o niskich kwalifikacjach zawodowych. Projekt zakłada realizację kompleksowego, ale jednocześnie zindywidualizowanego wsparcia (w ramach 5 zadań merytorycznych) ukierunkowanego na trwałą poprawę syt. społeczno-zawodowej UP, obejmującego: ? identyfikację potrzeb UP i opracowanie/aktualizację IPD ? grupowe poradnictwo zawodowe w formie warsztatów ? szkolenia podnoszące kwalifikacje zawodowe ? staże ? pośrednictwo pracy.
