Présence collective tous les matins / Entretien individuel selon les besoins des participants les après-midi (Mise en réseau : droit commun et structures socio-professionnelles) Environ 17h de présence hebdomadaire _Déroulement de l’action :_ **Le programme se déroule au local de l’association « Bouger pour s’en sortir » (rue Johannes Gutenberg, 82 000 Montauban), au sein d'un espace de coworking socio-sportif (premier espace de ce type sur le territoire) permettant la mixité sociale et le lien avec diverses entreprises (Simplon, clubs sportifs, entreprises,...) et concerne environ 10 personnes par jour.** Il est axé autour de 2 modules : Le comportement et l'employabilité (mise en œuvre de comportements pro-sociaux : développement des capacités motrices, préparation physique pour un emploi, goût à l’effort, gérer son stress, prendre des décisions, amélioration de sa santé physique et mentale,…) La préparation pré-professionnelle (Mise en réseau avec les structures du territoire, échange avec des entreprises, lettre de motivation, préparation à un entretien, …/ Intégration dans un parcours socio-professionnel). Méthodologie et objectifs Axe pré-professionnel : \- Accompagnement collectif et individuel (184h en collectif / 176h en individuel par année) : Travailler le projet professionnel : Connaissance de soi, identification des motivations, définition d’objectifs et d’étapes, réalisation d’outils et préparation emploi - CV / Lettre de motivation / réseau / entretien) et échange avec des entreprises au sein d'un espace de coworking. Validation du SST (Sauveteur Secouriste du Travail) : Acquisition des connaissances nécessaires à la bonne exécution des gestes de premiers secours en milieu du travail. Accès aux droits / Remise à niveau (172h en collectif / 100h en individuel par année) Soutenir si nécessaire la personne dans l’accès à ses droits sociaux ou dans toute démarche administrative. A partir des acquis de chacun, favoriser une progression de l’expression à l’écrit et à l’oral, des compétences mathématiques, et informatiques (découverte et connaissance des nouvelles technologies...), de la connaissance du territoire, de l’expression de sa citoyenneté, … .
