\- ensure the implementation of the PDILE in its practical arrangements (OTC agreements, calls for projects, public procurement); \- ensure the monitoring and evaluation of the actions concerned; \- participate in steering committees and monitoring committees where necessary, ensuring the link with the territories (heads of insertion department) and ensuring the presence and involvement of the institution; \- coordinate the arrangements and procedures related to the implementation of actions in conjunction with the territories, structures and partners; \- to carry out a permanent diagnosis of the needs of integrated audiences in relation to the territories (in the form of Pole/Territories working groups); \- carry out an overall monitoring of the integration pathways in order to improve the continuity of the pathways and to implement the tools and processes to ensure the smoothness of the paths and the response to needs (SOLIS, the beneficiary’s booklet...); \- work towards the professionalisation of actors in administrative management linked to integration activities or on purely pedagogical issues. \- implement actions aimed at qualifying the various stakeholders, whether by means of training, networking, tools. In addition to all these objectives, new guidelines have been given by the new departmental majority. At the end of 2017 it will also be requested to redeploy appropriations to the integration sites in line with agreed projects and new projects if necessary. Priority should continue to be given to actions not eligible for European funding in terms of size or organisation within the framework of the departmental integration programme. A departmental integration day will be organised in November 2016 subject to technical feasibility. The community decided to integrate the departmental programme for inclusion and fight against exclusion in the single solidarity scheme, which was also due to end in 2017. The redefinition of the departmental programme of integration and the fight against exclusions and of the single scheme of solidarity will lead the social and professional integration service to work on drawing up an upstream diagnosis which will aim to define the strengths and weaknesses of the current PDILE with the aim of making proposals for remedial action in consultation on the Pole and with the territories, partners and users. Another important task will be to define a set of tools to monitor and capitalise integration pathways in a nominative way with a view to significantly improving the quality of the overall monitoring of the beneficiaries of the RSA and other PDILE audiences.
