**Synthetic description** The action “reception, guidance and support of PLIE participants, career coordination and action engineering” consists of providing jobseekers with particular difficulties in accessing employment, a single job support worker. The employment assistant is a contact person for the participant upon entry into the device: it ensures its reception, evaluation, orientation and individualised support until it is released from the system. As part of an advisory and mentoring relationship with the beneficiary, the aim will be to create a “work alliance” aimed at building, appropriating and implementing its career pathway. The employment assistant meets regularly with the beneficiary in an individual interview to carry out a work of mobilisation, support and facilitation with him. The pace of these meetings is individualised and depends on the needs of the beneficiary as the accompaniment takes place (at least 1 appointment per month). The service is structured around different stages: * _The welcome and motivation interview_: present the objectives, content, method of operation of the proposed follow-up, the resources available locally. Validate the beneficiary’s motivation and commitment in what is proposed. * The realisation of a socio-professional diagnosis: * This first part aims to establish a state of play of potentials and barriers to integration, which will help to inform the approach of occupational integration (professional choices, experiences, know-how and know-how, family constraints, personal constraints) to identify possible/welcome strategies for access to sustainable employment. * The first meetings are an opportunity for the Employment Attendant to better understand the people in charge (interests, motivation, life paths, experiences, training, skills, know-being, difficulties and personal/family issues). These elements are a necessary prerequisite to work on a path that best suits their needs and expectations, while taking into account the problems identified. * This work serves as a lever to encourage the beneficiary to revisit his course, to become aware of its strengths and brakes, to better understand the nature of the difficulties he encounters and his room for manoeuvre. * The construction of the career pathway * Based on the diagnosis made, the Employment Supporter guides the participant in the construction of a rational pathway, adapted to his needs, constraints and expectations. The aim is to identify appropriate actions to be mobilised to promote access to sustainable employment or entry into qualifying training. The integration pathway developed is set out in an action plan: clarification of the steps by establishing prioritised priorities, together with the conditions and means necessary for their execution (person to contact, steps to be undertaken, traineeship or training to be followed). * To this end, the Employment Assistant mobilises general law schemes or those funded by the PLIE in the fields of training, assistance with the development of professional projects, recruitment aids and job search aids. He regularly inquires about the various training proposals, traineeships and job offers that could correspond to the objectives of the participant. * A true partner, the Employment Supporter carries out a tailor-made, close and individualised follow-up, in order to guarantee the implementation of the course and to maintain dynamism, motivation and initiatives of the beneficiary. It provides individualised responses to the needs of each participant: advice, mobilisation of the interlocutors responsible for solving peripheral difficulties, expertise in the local socio-professional field (connections with the local economic fabric) * Very regularly, the participant reports on the steps taken, the difficulties encountered; the content of the programme is thus adjusted on an individual basis. Regular stage points allow you to take a step back on the road. * Support for job search * The Employment Assistant gradually leads the participant to take concrete steps in the active phase of prospecting and application whenever possible. Individual interviews are then an opportunity to: take stock of the steps taken, formulate the difficulties encountered and seek solutions, identify and prepare the next meetings on the basis of feedback, adjust the approach if necessary, carry out personalised connections, support motivation.
