These dedicated advisers implement comprehensive support, i.e. coordinated between the employment centre advisor and a social work professional, for jobseekers with a combination of social and professional barriers that hinder their job search. It makes it possible to simplify the career path of the job seeker by assigning him a counsellor who ensures that the answers mobilised in both fields are properly articulated within the framework of a fourth method of monitoring and accompanying. From an operational point of view, for all departments except the Var, Operation 2018-2020 is the continuation of Operation 2017. Indeed, the accompaniments started in 2017 which ended in 2018 constitute “a stock” of **3808 participants** (D.E. “swisted”) at the start of the action in 2018 which were added to the theoretical objective of new entries, i.e. a total forecast target for the Provence Alpes Côte d’Azur region of **11,038 participants a minimum in 2018.** In 2019 and 2020, only new entries are taken into account, i.e. 8,500 admissions a minimum in 2019 and 8,8540 respectively in 2020. The estimated total target for these two years is **17,080 participants** (8,540 per year). **In total, for the 2018-2020 financial year, the forecast target for the Provence Alpes Côte d’Azur region is 28 078 participants a minimum, of whom 15,531 are women and 12,547 men.** The breakdown of women/men by department is specified in each action fiche on the basis of the actual breakdown recorded in the 2017 balance sheets.     Pour ce projet, la région mobilise 72,3 ETP en 2018, 85 ETP en 2019 et 85,4 ETP en 2020. Le détail des ETP mobilisés et des objectifs par département sont repris dans chaque fiche action. Ces conseillers dédiés mettent en œuvre un accompagnement global, c'est à dire coordonné entre le conseiller Pôle emploi et un professionnel du travail social, pour des demandeurs d'emploi présentant un cumul de freins sociaux et professionnels qui entravent leur recherche d'emploi. Il permet de simplifier le parcours du demandeur d'emploi en lui attribuant un conseiller qui veille à la bonne articulation des réponses mobilisées sur les deux champs dans le cadre d'une 4ème modalité de suivi et d'accompagnement. D’un point de vue opérationnel, pour tous les départements hormis le Var, l'opération 2018-2020 est la poursuite de l'opération 2017. De fait, les accompagnements démarrés en 2017 qui se sont terminés en 2018 constituent "un stock" de **3808 participants** (D.E « basculés ») au démarrage de l'action en 2018 qui ont été ajoutés à l'objectif théorique de nouvelles entrées soit un objectif total prévisionnel pour la région Provence Alpes Côte d’Azur de **11 038 participants a minima en 2018.** En 2019 et 2020, seules les nouvelles entrées sont prises en compte, soit respectivement 8 500 entrées a minima en 2019 et 8 8540 a minima en 2020.
