Employees in integration work 26 hours a week, benefit from vocational training, have the opportunity to work in outside companies in the activity of their personal professional project within the framework of traineeship (remuneration maintained by the Garden) or CDD. In particular for the activity of accompanying employees towards employment and the resolution of their brakes, 5 people are dedicated to this action; \- two technical managers in charge of technical learning, the identification of professional skills, the organisation of the production team. \- a technical framework for the basket activity (conditioning, distribution, membership reception, management of the distribution area) \- a socio-professional assistant responsible for the implementation of regular assessments of the progress of the person (social and above all professional), job search carried out, relations with local enterprises. \- a director responsible for the successful integration of employees, the implementation of experiments in support to improve the effectiveness of the action, the search for innovations in the relationship between companies. Le Jardin de Cocagne du Pays de Dinan est un chantier d'insertion qui vise à rapprocher de l'emploi des personnes qui en sont éloignées en oeuvrant pour : \- la progression de la situation personnelle des salariés en insertion afin de lever la plupart des freins à l'emploi \- la détection et le développement des compétences et aptitudes professionnelles des salariés transférables dans leur projet professionnel individuel personnel. \- l'accompagnement de leur recherche d'emploi et la vérification de leur adaptabilité à l'emploi en favorisant toute expérience en entreprise. Tout ceci est rendu possible grâce à l'activité économique (maraichage bio) propice à la remise en situation de salarié professionnel dans une activité support riche en compétences variées mais aussi grâce à la structure humaine mise en place : pour 17 personnes en insertion. L'activité économique consiste en la production et la distribution de légumes bio sur 5 hectares proches du centre ville, ce qui permet aux personnes non mobiles de venir à pied. Les salariés en insertion travaillent 26 h par semaine, bénéficient de formations professionnelles, ont la possibilité de travailler en entreprises extérieures dans l'activité de leur projet professionnel personnel dans le cadre de stage (rémunération maintenue par le Jardin) ou de CDD. En particuliers pour l'activité d'accompagnement des salariés vers l'emploi et la résolution de leurs freins, 5 personnes sont dédiées à cette action ; \- deux encadrants techniques maraichage en charge de l'apprentissage technique, du repérage de compétences professionnelles, de l'organisation de l'équipe de production. \- une encadrante technique pour l'activité panier (conditionnement, distribution, accueil adhérent, gestion du local de distribution) \- une accompagnatrice socio professionnelle en charge de la mise en oeuvre de bilans réguliers de la progression de la personne (sociale et surtout professionnelle), de la recherche d'emploi effectuée, du relationnel avec les entreprises locales. \- une directrice responsable de la réussite de l'insertion professionnelle de s salariés, de la mise en oeuvre d'expérimentations dans l'accompagnement pour améliorer l'efficacité de l'action, de recherche d'innovations dans le relationnel entreprise. Elle participe à l'action d'accompagnement dans les points d'étape officiels et le maintien d'une dynamique dans l'action d'insertion. (French)
