The ACIB proposes through this IEJ action the identification, enhanced and personalised socio-professional support of young NEETs and the establishment of individualised action plans allowing access to an employment, training, traineeship or apprenticeship solution. This preparation for integration into working life will require the acquisition of a foundation of knowledge and skills necessary for their advancement. This YEI action will go through three successive phases: **1/Locating** ACIB will place particular emphasis on early identification of young people, who will not necessarily be registered or known under common rights schemes. In addition to its partnership with Pôle Emploi, Cap Emploi, the Local Missions of the Grand Beauvaisis and the South West of the Oise, ACIB also relies on other partners in the territory to identify and guide young NEETs on the IEJ action, including: The colleges of Saint Aubin en Bray and Auneuil, the LEP of Beauvais, the Lycée Corot, the Maison Familiale Rurale de St Sulpice and the Training Centres (Infrep, AFIPP, Greta...). The municipalities of the territory through meetings with Mayors and interventions in the Community Council for communication, awareness raising of the IEJ action and allowing the identification and guidance of young people without a solution. The Centre du Service National de Beauvais (within the framework of the Journées d’Appel à la Défense), the Departmental Council of Oise, the Social Assistants of the territory, the Ruraux Social Centres of Auneuil, the Coudray Saint Germer and Chaumont en Vexin, the Bus pour l’Emploi which travels the municipalities of the territory, La Ligue de l’enseignement de l’Oise, Proch’Emploi, the C.I.O. de Beauvais, the agency of interim Humando, the Intermediate Associations (Sime, Beauvais Service Plus), Emmaüs Beauvais, Mob'60, the Chamber of Crafts and Crafts of Oise, the CFA de Beauvais, the Departmental Directorate of Social Cohesion, the CAF via the CESF, the P.J.J. of Beauvais, Blog 48, the 5 driving schools in the territory. Since ACIB is an integral part of the Maison d’Economie Solidaire, it benefits from its environment, in particular its “Accueil — Registration” service, which is in contact with young people seeking employment, without solution and allows direct orientation on the IEJ action of the territory. **2/Diagnostic Maintenance** The ACIB will carry out a diagnosis on the personal and professional situation of the young person in an individual interview (diagnostic in conjunction with the partners who have oriented the young person towards our IEJ action) whose objectives will be: Present the challenges and objectives of the interview and the modalities of its conduct Presentation of the reinforced socio-professional support action IEJ To take stock of the young person’s professional and personal experiences IEJ Determine his/her potential Determining his/her professional wishes and possible peripheral obstacles (mobility, housing, health,...) To propose ideas for the action plan linked to support Creating a space of exchange and mutual trust between the young and the trainer Formalisation of his commitment **3/Enforced socio-professional accompaniment** Each young person will benefit from enhanced socio-professional support for a period of 4 months. This collaboration will be the subject of a written commitment between the young person and the ACIB (formalised during the diagnostic interview). The accompaniment course will be co-built with the young person and the trainer. As part of this action, ACIB offers individualised courses based on collective thematic workshops, individual interview times, distance work and corporate immersion. Apart from these times, the trainer will offer regular contacts by email or telephone with the young people he accompanies. The numerous and regular contacts create a relationship of trust between the young person and the trainer. The young person feels genuinely supported and the advice or information given to him is truly personalised. **The construction of its professional project** verbalise lived experiences, value the acquired knowledge and know-how, identify together the stages of careers useful to the young person’s socio-professional project, and implement them. Capitalise the results of summative evaluations at each end of the action followed. Develop the young person’s ability to make decisions, take responsibility, fulfil commitments, effectively plan to inform and mobilise existing training facilities, the creation of networks to promote the development and implementation of professional projects. Working on the notions of living and learning essential to the professional environment Contributing to youth’s empowerment on the use of digital tools in a personal and professional environment (English) | |||||||||||||||
