We will also work on the search for employers allowing the implementation of immersion periods, but also on the discovery of trades. We will develop partnership with companies. Finally, we will build bridges with the various structures of integration, companies and training organisations. In this action, the relationship manager will be responsible for identifying training organisations and employers who have specific needs, and to guide employees who have the skills and qualities required. This action will enable the construction of a training course (Diagnostics on the ability to pursue training, research of the needs of the employee, search for needs on the territory, search for training adapted to demand, search for possible financing, implementation of steps for integration, etc.), but also seek employers allowing the implementation of periods of immersion, the discovery of jobs currently in tension, creating a network of employers looking for skilled or other workers which could correspond to the public available on our sites.     A travers cette action, nous allons travailler sur la construction de parcours de formation. Nous allons travailler également sur la recherche d’employeurs permettant la mise en œuvre de périodes d’immersions, mais aussi sur la découverte des métiers. Nous allons développer le partenariat avec les entreprises. Enfin nous allons construire des passerelles avec les diverses structures de l’insertion, les entreprises, les organismes de formation. En effet, dans cette action, le chargé de relation entreprise sera en charge d'identifier les organismes de formation et les employeurs qui ont des besoins spécifiques, et orienter les salariés qui ont les compétences et qualités demandées. Cette action va permettre la construction d’un parcours de formation (Diagnostic sur les capacités à poursuivre une formation, recherche des besoins du salarié, recherche des besoins sur le territoire, recherche de la formation adaptée à la demande, recherche de financement possible, mise en œuvre des démarches pour l’intégration etc…), mais également rechercher des employeurs permettant la mise en œuvre de périodes d’immersion, la découverte de métier actuellement en tension, se créer un réseau d’employeurs en recherche de mains d’œuvre qualifiées ou autres qui pourrait correspondre au public disponible sur nos chantiers. Cette action envisage d’encourager la formation des personnes et l'emploi par le biais de différents contacts (immersion, visite, entretien, positionnement, organisme de formation..). (French)
