The action “Platform of mobilisation and vocational guidance for young people under 30”, sponsored by the Departmental Council, aims to enable these young people, who are often away from employment, to reinvest in an active integration process. The operation is aimed at a public under 30 years of age who are beneficiaries of the voluntary RSA to work on their professional project and ready to invest in a job but which requires mobilisation to meet the conditions for an adequate integrated pathway. This operation requires, upstream, a phase of consultation between all the actors involved, in particular the Solidarity Service of the Departmental Council (in particular the Employment Units) and all the socio-professional actors in the territory working with this target audience: the Local Mission, the integration sites, the Employment Units or the Employment Department... Young people guided by these services will be invited to a first diagnostic interview and then to collective mobilisation and guidance sessions during which they will work on the development and/or validation of their professional project. They will define the stages of their integration pathways and will be accompanied to implement a first step. At the end of the collective action, individual support for young beneficiaries is essential in order to maintain a dynamic conducive to the integration process to be undertaken. The CIDFF will be responsible for finding for each young person a solution to implement the continuation of the adapted support in connection with the Departmental Council, the Employment Department or the Local Mission.
