Suite à l’acquisition par la collectivité de cellules commerciales au pied d’immeuble de la copropriété des n°5, 7 et 9 rue Einstein dans le quartier de Cronenbourg, l’ancien bureau de la Poste de 124 m² en RdC et 121 m² en sous-sol va être totalement réaménagé. Ce local permet l’installation de l’association A’Cro du vélo qui propose des services de réparations de vélos aux habitants. A partir de 2017, Emmaüs Mundolsheim y installera son magasin Méli-Mélo et son atelier vélo. L’association sera le locataire principal et A’Cro du vélo sera sous-locataire. L’activité économique portée par Emmaüs Mundolsheim se déroulera en journée. L’activité bénévole de A’Cro du vélo se tiendra le soir. Du rangement et du matériel seront mutualisés. Ce collectif d’acteurs associatifs est intéressant. Il permet d’offrir une offre complète sur les modes actifs dans un quartier à très faible part modale vélo, allant de services d’entraide aux habitants à des prestations présentant un caractère économique (réparation et vente de vélos d’occasion). La subvention FEDER intervient sur l’étude, les honoraires et les travaux de rénovation et d’équipement du local. (French)
