L'opération, portée par l’Association de Developpement des Pyrénées par la Formation (ADEPFO), consiste en la mise en œuvre d’un programme d’actions de formation-développement sur le Massif Pyrénéen. Ce programme d’actions permet d’accompagner les projets locaux de développement en proposant une ingénierie pédagogique, financière et méthodologique, ainsi qu’une mise en réseau avec les acteurs du territoire. Ils visent au soutien et développement de l’économie touristique locale, à la préservation et valorisation des ressources locales, à la création ou maintien des emplois locaux et la structuration et la valorisation des filières bois et gestion durable des forêts.
