The support will be validated by a contract the duration of which varies according to the objectives pursued The objective being to develop their autonomy in employment procedures in order to gain access to a professional activity on a sustainable basis This action will be organised around different axes: 1. explore personal, professional, motivation and interests 2. verify the skills of the beneficiaries 3. verify and remove barriers to socio-professional integration 4. assess the complementary needs for vocational or language training and accompany the implementation of the professional project 5. seek direct employment or entry into qualifying training 6. mobilise beneficiaries and partners to find solutions 7. enhance skills, capacities and competences 8. make discoveries of the local labour market encourage partnerships with companies in order to allow beneficiaries to immersion in enterprises The 340 measures will be distributed between France Horizon and three associations (preteriors) as follows: _**Angers/Segree**_: RSA follow-up: 210 for France Horizon and 40 for Aptira Learn French: 250 for Aptira _**Cholet**_ RSA monitoring: 40 for AFODIL Learn French: 40 for AFODIL _**Saumur**_ Follow-up RSA: 50 for France Horizon French Learning: 50 for ASPFA (English)

    L'objectif de l’action consiste à réaliser un accompagnement socio- professionnel spécifique pour des bénéficiaires du RSA (sur une année renouvelable une fois) maîtrisant peu ou pas le français, ayant vécu à l’étranger et résidant désormais en France. L’accompagnement sera validé par un contrat dont la durée est variable selon les objectifs visés L’objectif étant de développer leur autonomie dans les démarches d’emploi pour accéder durablement à une activité professionnelle Cette action s’articulera autour de différents axes : 1. explorer le parcours personnel, professionnel, la motivation et les centres d'intérêts 2. vérifier les compétences des bénéficiaires 3. vérifier et lever les freins à l'insertion socioprofessionnelle 4. évaluer les besoins complémentaires nécessaires en formation professionnelle ou linguistique et accompagner la mise en œuvre du projet professionnel 5. rechercher la mise en emploi directe ou l'entrée en formation qualifiante 6. mobiliser les bénéficiaires et les partenaires afin de trouver des solutions 7. valoriser les aptitudes, les capacités, les compétences 8. faire découvrir le marché de l'emploi local favoriser les partenariats avec les entreprises afin de permettre une immersion en entreprise des bénéficiaires Les 340 mesures seront réparties entre France Horizon et trois associations (prestataires) comme suit : _**Angers / Segré**_ : Suivi RSA : 210 pour France Horizon et 40 pour APTIRA Apprentissage du français : 250 pour APTIRA _**Cholet**_ Suivi RSA : 40 pour AFODIL Apprentissage du français : 40 pour AFODIL _**Saumur**_ Suivi RSA : 50 pour France Horizon Apprentissage du français : 50 pour ASPFA (French)
