This work comprises: modernisation of the furnaces in 37 private buildings, replacing the 2011 points of the ulth century, on energy efficient, purchasing air cleaner stations. The project is a response to the identified problems described in Cap. C.2.2 SW — The main project aims to increase energy efficiency and to achieve a high level of environmental protection and to: ? To modernise the energy efficient and environmentally friendly infrastructure for obtaining thermal energy contributing to a high level of air quality? The implementation of effective monitoring of air quality in the municipality? Reducing energy costs? Lower energy consumption as a result of the use of modern and energy-efficient infrastructure? Improving air quality by reducing the emissions of harmful gases from fossil fuels and an effective pollution monitoring system. As a result of the project, the main focus will be on: 1. Users of upgraded facilities, due to increased energy efficiency, 2. Residents of the municipality and region, as a result of improved air quality, 3. Owners of plants (Gmina and individuals), as a result of a reduction in energy costs and improved utility of modernised plants, 4. The economic operators involved in the project will result in the following products: 1. Estimated annual decrease in greenhouse gas emissions (CI34) — 849,97 tonnes of CO2 equivalent, 2. Number of households with individual heat sources — 37 units, 3. Number of upgraded street lighting points — 2011, 4. Number of air pollution-measuring stations installed — 1 units and results: 1. Amount of saved non-renewable primary energy — 2 400.42 MWh/year. The applicant intends to carry out all of the tasks referred to above in the period from August 2018 to September 2019. (English)

    W projekcie zawarto typy projektów: 2,3 i 5. Zakres prac obejmuje: modernizację pieców w 37 prywatnych budynkach mieszk, wymianę 2011 pkt ośw. uliczn, na energooszczędne, zakup stacji pomiaru czystości powietrza. Projekt jest odpowiedzią na zdiagnozowane problemy opisane w rozdz. C.2.2 SW Celem głównym projektu jest Zwiększenie wydajności energii oraz osiągnięcie wysokiego poziomu ochrony środowiska i doprowadzenie do: ? Zmodernizowania na wydajniejszą energetycznie i ekologiczną infrastrukturę w zakresie pozyskiwania energii cieplnej przyczyniającą się do osiągnięcia wysokiego poziomu ochrony powietrza, ? Wdrożenia skutecznego monitoringu jakości powietrza w gminie, ? Obniżenia kosztów energii, ? Obniżenia zużycia energii w wyniku stosowania nowoczesnej i energooszczędnej infrastruktury, ? Poprawy jakości powietrza poprzez zmniejszenie emisji szkodliwych gazów powstających podczas spalania paliw kopalnych oraz skuteczny system monitoringu zanieczyszczeń. W wyniku realizacji projektu korzyści odniosą przede wszystkim: 1. Użytkownicy modernizowanych obiektów, w wyniku zwiekszenia efektywności wykorzystania energii, 2. Mieszkańcy gminy i regionu, w wyniku poprawy jakości powietrza, 3. Właściciele obiektów ( Gmina i osoby prywatne), w wyniku obniżki kosztów energii i poprawy walorów użytkowych modernizowanych obiektów, 4. Podmioty gospodarcze uczestniczące w realizacji projektu Skutkiem realizacji projektu będą produkty: 1. Szacowany roczny spadek emisji gazów cieplarnianych (CI34) - 849,97 Mg równoważnika CO2, 2. Liczba gospodarstw domowych, w których zmodernizowano indywidualne źródła ciepła - 37 szt , 3. Liczba zmodernizowanych punktów oświetlenia ulicznego - 2011 szt , 4. Liczba zainstalowanych stacji pomiaru zanieczyszceń powietrza - 1 szt i rezultaty: 1. Ilość zaoszczędzonej nieodnawialnej energii pierwotnej - 2400,42 MWh/rok.
