After carrying out engineering for the development of the strategy and action programme in 2015, the years 2016/2017/2018 will be devoted to the operational implementation of the 2014-2020 Action Programme. The project manager of the valley area remains the essential pillar for the smooth running of this action programme. At the same time, the Vercors fleet wishes to introduce an evaluation module of the action programme, which will be “grafted” into its financial monitoring software PGF (Financial Management Platform) in order to be able to meet the expectations of the financial partners in terms of monitoring and evaluation. The Syndicat mixte du Parc régional du Vercors, therefore, responds with this dossier to the 2016 call for proposals, ERDF Interregional Operational Programme of the Massif “Actions Espaces Valléens” in order to request assistance for the financing of the position of project manager of the Valley space for 3 years and the development of an evaluation module in year 1. In order to carry out this mission and taking into account the size of the Vercors valley area (85 municipalities and 10 Communities of municipalities), the project manager will devote himself on a full-time basis to the tasks defined in the attached job profile. He will intervene on his territory and as a collective contribution at the level of the Alpin Massif within the interregional network of the Valley Areas. (English) | |||||||||||||||

Après avoir réalisé l'ingénierie pour l'élaboration de la stratégie et du programme d'action en 2015, les années 2016/2017 /2018 vont être consacrées à la mise en œuvre opérationnelle du programme d'actions 2014-2020. Le Chef de projet de l'espace valléen reste le pilier indispensable au bon déroulement de ce programme d'action. Parallèlement, le parc du Vercors souhaite se doter d'un module d'évaluation du programme d'actions qui sera « greffé » sur son logiciel de suivi financier PGF (plateforme de gestion financière) afin de pouvoir répondre aux attentes des partenaires financiers en termes de suivi et d'évaluation. Le Syndicat mixte du Parc naturel régional du Vercors, répond donc par ce dossier à l'appel à propositions 2016, Programme Opérationnel Interrégional FEDER du Massif « Actions Espaces Valléens » afin de solliciter une aide pour le financement du poste de chef de projet de l'espace valléen pour 3 ans et le développement d'un module d'évaluation en année 1. Pour mener à bien cette mission et tenant compte de la taille de l'espace valléen Vercors (85 communes et 10 Communautés de communes), le chef de projet se consacrera à plein temps aux missions définies dans le profil de poste joint en annexe, Il interviendra sur son territoire et en contribution collective à l’échelle du Massif Alpin au sein du réseau interrégional des Espaces valléens.
