Les entreprises Dalkia et Ferropem travaillent en collaboration afin de concevoir et mettre en place une nouvelle solution intégrée de valorisation et de récupération de la chaleur fatale des fours d’une usine de Silicium à Anglefort. Le projet Whin consiste à la conception, à l’installation, à l’opération et au suivi des performances d’un système de récupération de chaleur fatale (échangeur de chaleur) couplé à un Cycle Organique de Rankine (OCR) permettant de récupérer près de la moitié de la chaleur perdue et de générer de l’électricité. De plus il sera intégré à ce projet une solution innovante qui permettra de diminuer le potentiel de réchauffement climatique des fluides actuellement utilisés. (French)
