Celem projektu jest rozwój kompetencji kluczowych uczniów 16 szkół z gmin Piwniczna-Zdrój Muszyna oraz Krynica-Zdrój oraz rozwój kompetencji i umiejętności zawodowych nauczycieli z tych szkół w zakresie wykorzystania nowoczesnych narzędzi w pracy z uczniami, jak również wyrównywanie dysproporcji z poziomie kompetencji kluczowych uczniów poprzez pomoc stypendialną w roku szkolnym 2017/2018.
