Le poste en contrat aidé est une étape préalable à l'emploi classique qui permet au participant PLIE de valider son projet professionnel et de construire ainsi les étapes nécessaires à un retour à l'emploi. La Ville de Blanquefort accueille des personnes en contrat aidés pour les accompagner dans la découverte et la professionnalisation de différents métiers (animation, entretien ménager, communication...). Véritable SAS vers l'emploi, cet outil permet d'amener le participant vers une insertion professionnelle durable. La collectivité y collabore en confiant au participant des tâches permettant de contribuer à l'insertion sociale et profesionnelle de celui-ci. Le tuteur, présent au quotidien auprès du salarié en contrat aidé, participe à cette action en facilitant l'intégration de la personne et en organisant ses tâches pour une meilleure acquisition des savoirs professionnels. Il est prévu d'intégrer 7 personnes en contrat aidé. (French)

The City of Blanquefort welcomes people in contract assisted to assist them in the discovery and professionalisation of different professions (animation, housekeeping, communication, etc.). True SAS towards employment, this tool allows the participant to move towards a sustainable professional integration. The community collaborates by entrusting the participant with tasks to contribute to the social and professional integration of the participant. The tutor, who is present on a daily basis with the assisted contract employee, participates in this action by facilitating the integration of the person and organising his tasks for a better acquisition of professional knowledge. It is planned to integrate 7 people under contract assisted. (English)
