1\. Supporting young people in future employment This action aims to develop and facilitate the entry of young people into future employment by ensuring that young people meet the criteria for admission to the scheme. It covers initial agreements and renewals. Before a young person enters the future employment scheme, it is necessary to ensure that: * its administrative eligibility for an EAV * the relevance of its orientation towards this scheme in terms of its situation in relation to its social and professional integration and to the content of the job and training offered. The course is co-built and adjusted with the young person while taking into account the offers and objectives of the employers. This phase takes place in 3 stages: * identify unemployed young people for whom future entry into employment is an appropriate solution in the light of their situation, the prospects for developing their skills and their access to sustainable employment; * identify potential employers and negotiate their commitments in terms of job content, career, training, and sustainability; * connecting young people and employers identified The action also aims to encourage the retention of young people in future employment in order to consolidate their achievements through the renewal of contracts. The support provided by the Local Mission must enable the young person to remain in employment, develop skills (knowledge, know-how, etc.). This action also promotes supporting the pathway of integration into future employment. It requires verification of compliance with the employer’s commitments in terms of training, coaching and mentoring. 2\. The “positive exit” (employment or training or start-up) of the young person at the end of the future employment This action consists of accompanying young people towards employment, training or entrepreneurship at the end of their future employment. The aim is to assess the quality of the course of integration of the participants in the action, in particular through the support provided by the adviser of the local mission. (English)

(French)
