Głównym celem projektu jest zapobieganie występowaniu oraz niwelowanie przejawów wykluczenia społecznego, kulturowego i ekonomicznego osób starszych w wieku 60 lat i powyżej zamieszkujących Gminę Korzenna poprzez utworzenie oraz działalność placówki zapewniającej dzienną opiekę i aktywizację 35 osób starszych w tym 20 kobiet w wieku 60 lat i powyżej z w okresie od 2018r. do 06.2021r. Grupą docelową projektu są os. starsze w wieku 60 lat i więcej zamieszkałe na obszarze Gminy Korzenna.Zadania: Powołanie placówki opieki i rekrutacja do placówki; Placówka dziennej opieki prace modernizacyjne oraz adaptacyjne; Placówka dziennej opieki działalność samorządu uczestników; Placówka dziennej opieki usługi aktywizująco usprawniające. Kluczowe wskaźniki: Liczba osób zagrożonych ubóstwem lub wykluczeniem społecznym objętych usługami społecznymi świadczonymi w interesie ogólnym w programie 35 osób; Liczba wspartych w programie miejsc świadczenia usług społecznych, istniejących po zakończeniu projektu 25.
