The project will support 100 children up to the age of 60, 40 boys and 50 children up to the age of 18. 30women and 20 men of parents of children involved in the project, who are at risk of poverty and social exclusion. Through the tasks planned in the project, participants will receive comprehensive support for psychological counselling, as well as other individual specific advice, as well as the possibility to participate in training courses and workshops on social competences in particular for families with dysfunctional family and social standards. The project will be implemented in the municipality of Alwernia and will cover 150 residents over a 36-month period. The aim of the project is to set up a Official Support Scheme: The PWD, the activities of the facility will also be carried out in the degraded area referred to in the Guidance on Regeneration in the Operational Programmes for the 2014 2020s, which will receive 100 children and young people up to the age of 18. The facility will be conducted in both the care, specialised as well as the yard. The establishment will establish the local government of children and young people, who will contribute to the principles of the establishment, to ensure the integration of the raised institutions and to strengthen positive social attitudes. the project will support the establishment of an establishment in 3 combined forms, i.e.: the form of care, specialist and farmer-led dual work. The project derives from the existing regeneration programme included in the list of programmes under the 130.The project fulfils the criterion: The availability of family support services in the form of daily support facilities in accordance with Annex 15 to the Rules of Procedure for the implementation in the municipality of Alwernia. Projekt obejmie wsparciem 100 dzieci do 18 roku życia 60 dziewczynek, 40 chłopców oraz 50. Dorosłych 30kobiet i 20 mężczyzn rodziców dzieci biorących udział w projekcie z grona zagrożonych ubóstwem i wykluczeniem społecznym. Poprzez zaplanowane w projekcie zadania uczestnicy otrzymają kompleksowe wsparcie w zakresie poradnictwa psychologicznego, a także innego indywidualnego poradnictwa specjalistycznego, a także możliwość udziału w szkoleniach i warsztatach z zakresu kompetencji społecznych szczególnie dla rodzin, w których występują dysfunkcje w zakresie szeroko pojętego życia rodzinnego i norm społecznych. Projekt będzie realizowany na terenie Gminy Alwernia i obejmie 150 osób zamieszkujących ten teren w okresie 36 miesięcy. Celem projektu jest utworzenie Placówki Wsparcia Dziennego dalej: PWD, działalność placówki prowadzona będzie także na terenie obszaru zdegradowanego, o którym mowa w Wytycznych w zakresie rewitalizacji w programach operacyjnych na lata 2014 2020 w której wsparcie otrzyma min 100 dzieci i młodzieży do 18 roku życia. Placówka będzie prowadzona zarówno w formie opiekuńczej, specjalistycznej jak i pracy podwórkowej. W placówce powołany zostanie samorząd dzieci i młodzieży, który współtworzył będzie zasady obowiązujące w placówce, dbał o integrację wychowanków oraz wzmacniał pozytywne postawy społeczne.Projekt zakłada wsparcie placówki prowadzonej w 3 połączonych formach t.j.: formie opiekuńczej, specjalistycznej oraz pracy podwórkowej realizowanej przez wychowawcę. Projekt wynika z obowiązującego programu rewitalizacji wpisanego do wykazu programów pod numerem 130.Projekt spełnia kryterium: Dostępność usług wspierania rodziny w formie placówek wsparcia dziennego zgodnie z Załącznikiem nr 15 do Regulaminu konkursu realizacja na terenie gminy Alwernia.
